Jo and the team have been amazing from start to finish. The quality of the service has been second to none. Our property sold within weeks of going on the market and for more money than I ever expected. I highly recommend using Jacob Steel Findon.

Really appreciate the support we had on the recent sale. Received some good advice up front and a fast turn around to get it on the market. The capacity to provide so many accompanied viewings I think promoted a fast turn around on the sale. Helping deal with loose ends also ensured things kept on track to closure. Accompanied with a very competitive rate of commission.

Moving home is always stressful as there are so many outside factors that can affect the progress of the sale. Throughout my sale, Jo and her team at Findon proved to be invaluable. They were professional and caring throughout. Their Sales Progressor, Rachel, was wonderful. She co-ordinated the buyers, the sellers and above all the conveyancing solicitors! Her knowledge and practical experience brought everything together. In these days of impersonal computer-based business, I was so thankful to be dealing with human-beings who knew their business and actually cared about their clients. I cannot speak too highly of the Jacobs Steel ethos.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We have been absolutely delighted with the service we have received from Jacob Steel. Efficient, courteous and always ensured we were fully up to date with the progress of the purchase of our property. For what can be a very stressful experience, the service received made the whole moving transition much more bearable! A particular mention must go to Ross, his attention to detail and diligence is synonymous to the quality service you expect to receive, he went above and beyond to ensure the sale was a success.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Jacobs Steel have been brilliant. Dan who showed us around a property was exceptional in his professionalism. As a gay couple he was inclusive in his language and made no assumptions which was very refreshing. I would highly recommend him and Jacobs Steel.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Without doubt the best estate agent in Worthing. Every single member of staff from director to negotiators were friendly, professional and reassuring at all times. This is the 3rd property we have sold through them. Do not bother with other estate agents use Jacobs Steel. Local knowledge, local staffand head and shoulders above other agents . Thankyou all for what you have done for us .

Excellent virtual viewing via WhatsApp today. Gave us a better understanding of the property with the vendor walking around the house and garden and being able to ask questions at any point. Well organised by Jo from Jacobs Steel. Perfect way to view in these difficult times.

Very nice and helpful staff right through to the end. Made friends with two of the staff, Jo & Lauren. Would recommend them 110% and would give more than 5 stars if I could. If I sell in the future, I will 110% use them again. Thanks again. Sascha.

I would like to thank Jo and lauren for their help during the recent purchase. The purchase was completed within 2 months and Jo constantly chased all parties and kept me in the loop. They have a very professional team and unlike other agents they also listen to the buyer.

Jacobs Steel recently handled the sale of my Father in law's bungalow in Worthing. We were all so impressed at the level of commitment and professionalism from Jo and her colleagues. Jo went above and beyond what we expected and went out of her way to help my nearly 90 year old Father in law sell his property and sell some of his furniture so that he could move to be nearer to his family. Communication was excellent throughout and as a family we would highly recommend Jo and her team at Jacobs Steel - many many thanks to you all!

switching from another estate agent to Jacobs Steel (Findon) completely transformed the whole house selling experience. The Findon Team were very understanding of my situation and extremely proactive both during the marketing and then the sales process. Can't recommend them highly enough.
