We bought our new home through Jo and Lauren at Jacobs Steel, and couldn't have asked for better service. Throughout what seemed to be a difficult transaction they were both friendly, helpful professional and willing to take on the difficult tasks as they arose. They also kept us fully informed throughout the process, and were prepared to work outside of normal hours to contact people as necessary. We'd use them to buy again without hesitation !!

Thank you so much to Jo and the jacobs steel team for their help assisting us with the sale of our house and purchase of our dream house. House purchases can be stressful and having a happy and sympathetic voice at the end of the phone or in the shop to aid, guide and assist really does make all the difference. Nothing was too much. Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Well, that was the easiest purchase we’ve ever made thanks in many ways, to the team at JS. Jamie from the Findon office was very polite, punctual and courteous to the vendor during the viewings. He was extremely knowledgeable of the property we purchased and several alternative options on their files. He always returned calls promptly and had the answers to all our queries. Overall, very professional and we’d highly recommend Jacobs Steel.

Went to visit a recent property via Jacob Steel. Even though the property was not for us the professionalism and local knowledge from Drew Bevan was ever so helpful and has helped us further in our search for a forever homes.

Jo Chatterton and the team at Jacobs Steel Findon, did a first rate job selling our parent’s house in Findon. Jo definitely went the extra mile to help make the process as stress free as possible. If you're thinking of selling your home, I’d certainly make these guys my first stop. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Jo and her team worked tirelessly to achieve a sale for us in a difficult market. In contrast to our previous agents who had been happy to let things drift, Jacobs Steel Findon proactively managed the process by chasing solicitors, arranging surveys and doing all they could to keep the sale on track. They provide a highly professional service at competitive rates. I would use them again without hesitation.

We can’t express enough our gratitude to Jo and her team for the support they have provided over the last few months. From a quick sale to needing to find a new buyer a week before completion, they were professional, supportive and encouraging. If we ever came to sell again, we would never consider using another agent.

I cannot recommend Jo from Jacobs Steel in Findon Valley enough. She was streaks ahead of the local agents when I first had my property valued, we had plenty of viewings and feedback, amazing service from Jo and the team and when we sold she helped us through until we completed. So impressed and had a wonderful experience, I recommend Jo to all my friends and family.

As purchasers, what we wanted from Jacobs Steel/Findon was to find us what we wanted. Easier said than done! But they achieved it with minimum fuss and maximum service

Jacobs Steel is one of the most professional estate agents in Findon, always reassuring and friendly. I recently purchased a property through Jacobs Steel Findon and can not recommend them highly enough. Dan, Jamie and Rachel have all been very accommodating with my requests, keeping me updated throughout the process until the completion. Whether you are selling or buying Jacobs Steel would be my first choice to go to. Once my purchase was completed and I had received the keys, I was given a lovely completion pack with a few thoughtful goodies inside. Great service throughout!

My brother and I needed to sell our parents house upon their deaths and approached several estate agents to handle the sale for us. Of those approached only two made contact with us and by far the better was Jacobs Steel. They found numerous potential purchasers and were sensitive in the dealing with my brothers needs. Throughout the entire process they kept us informed in a professional and friendly way. I have nothing but praise for all the office staff involved and would highly recommend them to any future property sellers or purchasers.

First class service from start to finish. As an executor the additional support - particularly in lockdown - reading meters, arranging gardeners etc has made the process immeasurably easier. It’s easy to see why the business is growing and expanding based on this experience. Ask for Jo Chatterton; you’ll be impressed by the responsiveness of her team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We recently contacted Jo and Lauren for a valuation on our property. Our first impression was how helpful they both were and we duly arranged for Jo to visit us. Her valuation was realistic and she advised us to view properties to ascertain if moving was an option. Both Jo and Lauren gave exceptional customer service and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you girls!

Jo, Lauren and the whole team at Jacobs steel Findon are one of the hardest working , professional estate agents you could be fortunate enough to have for buying or selling your property! There should be an option for 10 stars **********. Jo has gone above and beyond to keep our dream property within grasp and I will be recommending everyone I know to use them.
