GoogleI haven’t got enough words to express my thanks for the professional and friendly way that the team at Jacob Steele Findon helped me throughout what could have been the ordeal of moving. After unsuccessfully trying a few other local agents I decided to let Jo and her fabulous team guide me through the maze of house moving. From day one they put me first. Doing it all on my own could have been a scary and emotional experience but they held my hand throughout. Nothing was too much for them. They were always on time, professional and knowledgeable about the area and houses I viewed. Jamie showed me many properties and did so with infectious but professional humour. Jo was with me every step of the way and never doubted that they would find a buyer for my property and the perfect home for me. She presents herself with high standards of professionalism but also the personal friendly touch that is so much needed. As first time buyers (buying a property through JS) Jamie and Jo guided us through the process and were excellent project managers ensuring that all solicitors/parties in the chain were progressing efficiently. Allowing us to complete before Christmas! In the offer-making stage, JS didn't apply any pressure on us to increase the offer - unlike another estate agent in the area. GoogleThis is the second time selling a house through Jacobs Steel in Findon and it has once again been a fantastic experience! The team are incredibly proactive, hard working and deliver a very professional service, both to the seller and the buyer. As sellers we could not ask for anymore from this team. They deliver what they say they are going to and it’s very refreshing to have such a honest and straightforward working relationship with an estate agency. They have only the best interests for every client. We wouldn’t use anyone else now! Jo and Lauren take away the stressful parts of the process and listen to exactly what you need at any given point. Jo and Lauren are were never flustered and solved problems before they become an issue and didn’t bother us with the small stuff. They simply got on and got the job done. Their selection of homes for sale is also far superior to other agents! All in all, Jacobs Steel are head and shoulders above the rest and the Findon team are exceptional. A**********

We have had a very quick exchange and completion (5 weeks) and Jo has gone well beyond my expectations. She has reassured me, kept me fully informed at every step of the way. Her professionalism and eagerness to make our purchase/sale as smooth as possible has shone through. The calls from Lauren with feedback & the respect she has for our home whilst doing viewings. We encountered Jo from the Findon office when we were viewing a property that she was marketing and were so impressed with her service that we switched our sale to Jacobs Steel !! Our experience with Jacobs Steel from start to finish has been exceptional !! From the phone app which allows you to monitor feedback and viewings and updated regularly .... to the highest level of personal service given by both Jo and Lauren ! Nothing was too much trouble .. the ladies went above and beyond the call of duty ! Jo even gave us her personal mobile and called and emailed us out of hours keeping us up to speed with everything to help keep our minds at ease ! The house sale was at times very stressful but Jo and Lauren remained positive and optimistic throughout ! We can’t thank them enough and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy / sell with this agent again !! *****5 star ⭐️ service !!

I recently purchased a property through Jacobs Steel Findon and can not recommend them highly enough. Dan, Jamie and Rachel have all been very accommodating with my requests, keeping me updated throughout the process until the completion. Whether you are selling or buying Jacobs Steel would be my first choice to go to. Once my purchase was completed and I had received the keys, I was given a lovely completion pack with a few thoughtful goodies inside. Great service throughout!

GoogleHaving lived in our house for over 40 yrs we decided it was finally the right time to move which made us feel like first time buyers. Jacobs Steel however made us feel as though we were their most important & only customers especially Jo who gave 110% service; chasing solicitors for all parties; speaking to buyers & vendors on our behalf, she kept us fully informed. Lauren too has been wonderful not only for arranging viewings but taking over whenever Jo wasn't around. The entire office is so positive and cheerful, nothing is ever too much trouble for them and we can highly recommend them for giving a first class service.

I have tended to be quite suspicious of estate agents but these guys were good for their word, friendly (genuinely) and really felt we could trust them. They did work very hard at making the move possible and as smooth as it could be. I mainly had contact with Lauren and Jo and it was always a pleasure to chat to them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
