Dear James I'm sorry that you had this experience. Due to covid we have reduced our staff levels in branch, we do however have staff at home with phone access. Messages left are emailed to all members we have email and facebook as methods of contact also.

GoogleThey dont get back to you when everyone is looking for a house to rent/buy when there are aplenty people looking but when they have nobody looking they harrass you. I personally wont use them as i am still waiting for a call back.

GoogleI emailed 5-6 times and not once did I get a response without having to chase for an update. Tried to go for a rental but just heard nothing. Asked to send documents and then nothing. Just wouldn't even bother.

GoogleAs we've been looking for houses we've seen alot of different estate agents however Sam Chappell from Mayfair was by far the most professional. Explained the history of the home and answers all our questions. I couldn't recommend mayfair enough. I'm just sorry the home we eventually went for wasn't on with Sam.
