I could not be happier with Mayfair Lettings. From start to finish. After viewing a few places then not getting one of them, I thought I would never find a new home, but I did, the lettings team were amazing, a special mention to Evette, regardless if I had my new home or not, I found her friendly and very approachable. Out of all the letting agents I was signed up to, Mayfair was the only one that kept me updated about potential homes to rent, and the only letting agent where I got to view a property. I kept at it, and not long ago my application was accepted, thanks to the lettings teams hard work, and then the landlords acceptance. You do go through referencing, but at least they are thorough. Looking out for the best tenant suited to the landlords. Tenants that would actually look after there clients homes. Thanks again, I would highly recommend Mayfair Lettings and the Sales team, I refferd my Landlady to the Sales team. They sold her flat that I was renting within 4 days of it going up for Sale. I also found them extremely pleasant to deal with. Very professional and approachable are Sam and his team.

Having purchased our property and having received an outstanding experience with Claire in 2014, we decided to use Mayfair at the point of sale 7 years later. Claire, Sam and Becky were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, working tirelessly and providing excellent communication throughout. The completion date agreed at the start was met but only thanks to the team going above and beyond their duties and liaising daily with the purchasers and solicitors. The team at Mayfair handled our sale and purchase from start to finish brilliantly. To start with, Sam did a wonderful job of finding the right buyer for us and Becky really went above and beyond with our related purchase (also listed with Mayfair). Despite all the complications we encountered along the way, Becky's unwavering attention and diplomatic approach ensured completion despite the whole process taking 8-9months. Claire also provided invaluable support to the whole process, even personally hand collecting and delivering legal paperwork to make things easier for our vendor. I 100% recommend this estate agent. Excellent service from Mayfair Worle on my recent house sale. It's fair to say that with the market a little bonkers from Covid and Stamp Duty impacts, moving during late 2020/early 2021 was likely to be choppy, but Mayfair really helped smooth this for me as and when they could. Not only did Mayfair sell my property amazingly quickly (and twice, after my initial chain collapsed), but they also really helped push through the challenges of moving towards exchange and completion, despite little help from the upward and downward Estate agents in the chain. I was delighted with the service received, and think Mayfair Worle were both excellent value for money, and streets ahead of other Agents I've had to deal with as part of the onward buying process. I contacted Mayfair having been unsuccessful selling my property through a different agent. I was very impressed with the service staff at Mayfair Worle provided from the very first call. They definitely knew and understood the local market and really listened to what I needed. My house was sold within 8 days of going on the market again, and Claire kept me informed of the progress of the sale and did a huge amount of chasing with my buyer's solictor in order to get the sale through within my timescales, even working on her days off. Non-existent communication from the lettings team. Our neighbours home is managed by Mayfair, and we've all been trying for months to ask them to arrange for the boundary fence to be repaired after it had been left in disrepair for over a year. It was finally replaced last week, but the work is subpar. The fence is hovering off the ground and has holes in almost every panel, creating an escape risk for small to medium-sized dogs (relevant as both properties have dogs). We've been trying to contact Mayfair for a week now to find a resolution with zero progress. If they're not fobbing us off with promises they'll call us back, they simply just don't answer their phones or emails. Not what I would expect from such an established estate agent.

Absolute joke of an agency, don't expect to get your deposit back!! Even if you get permission to decorate. They then want to keep your deposit to repaint when you leave. The house we rented was not newly decorated when we moved it was horrible, but was told we could decorate neutrally, then at the end of a 7 year tenancy. Had to fight for deposit back. Over 2 months later through the DPS had a third of our deposit taken to redecorate an already freshly decorated house!! Wouldn't trust them again EVER!! Sly!! Thieves!!!!

After having the house on the market for 9 months with another estate agent and no sale, I decide to move to Mayfair Town & Country. Very professional service and was regularly updated every week on the progress of the sale. First and last experience with Mayfair worle was absolutely awful me and my family went to go view a property we arrived to see there was already people viewing the property all though we was told we had first view on the place the colleague from Mayfair worle (Duncan) didn’t make no conversation with us when viewing the property we was having to use our torches on our phone due to no power on arrival also Duncan didn’t even show us around he just waited in the first room on ground floor and then when it came to us wanting to ask questions Duncan response was well the owners are very picky on who they want which made me feel like I was being judge even though before the viewing you fill a form out to see if your what the owners are looking for then Duncan promised to give us a response through email even if we was unsuccessful but we did not here anything back I put a complaint in to the office through email in regards to the way Duncan made us feel as we came away feeling judged like they did not have the time of day for us and the office failed to respond but I can say Mayfair clevedon is 100% better in every way they are not judgemental they are very professional and are always happy to help

Very friendly and helpful service from start to finish. Sam booked us in for our viewing and helped us out with short notice. Becky met us at the house and guided us around and was very open and honest and acted quickly when we put in our offer and even phoned me out of office hours to inform me of the good news that our offer was accepted! We relocated to Weston from Reading and received an excellent service from all at Mayfair. As we were not local for viewings, the team were most accommodating in arranging additional visits to our purchased property whenever we were in the area. Our solicitors weren't the most forthcoming with information, and we had quite a few delays on our exchange date due to silly queries, but Becky did a fantastic job of liaising with all the other agents in the chain and keeping us informed. If we were ever to consider selling then I wouldn't hesitate to use Mayfair.
