YellDo they want new business???????
Bought a flat through Danni at this agency and did not have problems. Now we are ready to either let or sell so contacted them again. Sadly Danni no longer works there and the 'service' is non existent! Asking for Danni I was told 'I don't think she works here now, can I get someone to ring you back?'. Still waiting one month later. No one has bothered. Needless to say I will not be using this agency again. If they cannot even make the effort to make that first call for new business then the rest of it is going to be pretty limp I think. I will not waste my time and money on them.

GoogleOut of all of the worksop estate agents, I have found William H Brown to be the most professional and friendliest, whilst others close at 5 this agent stays open until 6 which helps when trying to arrange viewings after work! AND on a saturday until 4, WHY DO OTHER AGENTS NOT DO THIS?! keep up the good work guys!!!!

GoogleWhat a great company especially n the lettings side. They bent over backwards to try and get the property in a state where it could be occupied on the given day. The van as booked so we were with uncertainty the day before. In the end they persuaded the landlady to use their own gas engineers to sign it off fit for purpose. Every time called we found we could chat with any one of the staff about issues we had. Another bonus is that the offices are open until teatime on a Saturday, which meant a lot to us. Thank you so much

GoogleI would absolutey recommend William H Brown worksop. The service has been brilliant from start to finish. After initally been really worried about selling my house the staff at Worksop reassured and promised they would handle everything as i do not live in the area.
They have kept to every promise and handled everything (even with complications on the way). A special thankyou to Laura who has personnally followed at every step. She has given genuine support throughout the entire process. The staff at Worksop REALLY care and are a credit to the company. Cant Thankyou you all enough . We have been very stressed as my oh is self employed and have had to get quite a bit of documentation together but sally has been very kind and patient with us. I've nagged sally every single day for the past two months and she hasn't once complained she's been absolutely amazing really amazing we are overjoyed to now have a mortgage offer in place thanks to sally!! GoogleI am looking to buy my first buy to let property and after registering my details with quite a few agents I have found these guys to be really knowledgable and informative. Laura has kept me up to date with new properties that come on the market and even phones me just to see how I'm getting on and if she can help in any way. When viewing properties one of the ladies from the lettings team has shown me around and discussed what rental amount I'd be looking at and they have advised on what work to do on each property to attract tenants, which has been really useful as a first time investor. Laura arranged an appointment with the mortgage advisor who provided me with excellent advice and showed me a variety of options without over complicating the information. So far I'm filled with confidence that these guys are the real deal and have the customers interest at heart; I really look forward to doing business with you!
