Appalling customer service

We put our house with them, great service at first, they got plenty if viewings. The big problem came as they encourage buyers to use their own solicitors. Survey carried out not April took 2 months to raise issues. All others in chain ready to go. As soon as we had an offer customer service stopped. Multiple calls at least twice a week asking what was happening and no calls back. If you use these to sell insist that you do not sell to anyone using their solicitors. The price they give for solicitors looks discounted but a quick ring around local solicitors found much cheaper conyancing. They wanted an electrical survey we spoke to local electrician who without me saying anything could name the estate agent based on questions asked that are only relevant to new builds.

Having them as my first estate agent to sell my property they arranged 8 appointment for potential buyers to view, 6 did not turn up. Without any notification. Furthermore after having a verbal offer and accepted they contacted the potential buyer to provide information which diswaded them from offering a formal offer. This company is unethical and unprofessional.
