Recently moved into a new rental property, which I found through the William H Brown Worksop branch. I met with Lewis for a viewing and a chat about the property, and then proceeded with the rental and he was incredible throughout the process. Always quick to respond to any queries and gave me regular updates on the situation and status of each part of the process which was very helpful for a first time renter!

Would definitely recommend using Ed as a mortgage broker as he took away all the worries, stress and hassle of sorting and arranging my mortgage. He found the best deal to suit me and was really proactive in keeping me in the loop and updated. Ed was really helpful and sorted out and problems or issues that cropped up and was always on the ball at getting back to me when I had any queries or questions. All the girls downstairs were brilliant as well, especially Laura. They kept me up to date with the progress of the property and we’re very helpful throughout. Would definitely use william h brown again!!

We initially got in contact with William H Brown to value our house. The lady which came was friendly and knowledgable and gave us a very good valuation service. We were invited to speak with Ed the mortgage advisor with regards to looking to potentially new mortgages. He was exceptionally knowledgeable but also realistic and straight to the point as he made no false promises, the market which he had access to was amazing and we could get some amazing rates through him we couldn’t get elsewhere. We eventually decided not to sell at this time but we were due to remortgage as our fixed term was ending, so we decided to stay with Ed as we didn’t feel like our previous broker worked in our best interest. Ed was always able to speak with us and go through different options and nothing was too much of an ask! We settled on a fantastic rate for the current interest rate - his expertise and knowledge of the market advised us correctly and we were able to secure a fantastic rate! It’s fantastic that we’ve got a mortgage broker for life now with a one off payment, which also lets us have discounts with William H Brown when we finally decide to sell! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

Thank you to the team in Worksop. Laura and Jessica were an absolute delight to deal with and communication between the team was seamless. When things got a little bit complicated they remained calm and in control to push things along. The level of service remained at a high level throughout, even when the sale was virtually complete Laura went out of her way to meet our Buyers at the property for a final viewing, which she didn’t have to do. This is the second time we have had a link to W H Browns in Worksop. The first time was 3 years ago, we sold through an internet based company who provided no service, if it wasn't for W H Browns doing all the background work then the sale would not have gone through, and this time we are currently in mid transit and all the team at W H Browns have been so helpful I just feel I should mention a girl called Clare only in that we were meeting an elderly lady the owner of the property that we are buying and Clare was fantastic with her she had so much time for her, not just the formalities and estate agent - client relationship ,she had genuine time for her it was so refreshing to see so well done W H Browns keep doing all the things you do .PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

This is the second time we have used William H Brown estate agents to let our property.They are a very friendly approachable team of professionals. They came to talk to us first and of course to view our cottage then spent a lot of time and trouble vetting prospective tenants most suitable to meet our needs. As the property is joined to our own house we have a list of do's and dont's, Liam and Sarah were very understanding of why this was important to us.
