GoogleI’ve used these guys since they bought out the previous rental place and they’re so much better, they go above and beyond, always on time with the rent, I’m never chasing (I used to have to chase my rent monthly!) they send me monthly pdfs of the accounts and annual ones too. I never have to get involved with anything. They send annual inspection photos… I’ve not seen my house in person in over decade because I don’t have to.

They knew the area, were very professional, had the most reasonable prices with no additional charges. I was able to find a tenant quickly and was as involved in the process as I wished to be. GoogleI have recently moved out of a property that was managed by Oakwood Property (I was there for just over a year), and I could not be more grateful for how wonderful the team have been throughout my tenancy.
My whole experience, from the start to the end of tenancy, was stress-free. Their team was responsive, professional, and always ready to listen to any queries I had. They were always quick to respond and resolve any problems that arose (this was even more appreciated, as I am a bit of a worrier!)
I was particularly impressed with how efficiently they handled the move-out process, making it quick and seamless.
I cannot recommend this company enough and if I ever have anyone ask me who they should rent through, Oakwood Property would be my first and only answer!
