We have no record of you and a one star rating with no comments can't really be taken seriously! Please feel free to contact us to discuss further!

We fully appreciate your frustration and disappointment that you were unsuccessful with the purchase of the property. The property market has been particularly competitive over the last 18 months and it is not uncommon for a property to receive multiple offers. Our task as agents for the vendor is to find the best solution for our client based on a wide range of factors. All parties were given equal opportunity and our client was kept informed throughout. As part of our process, your financial and buying position was thoroughly checked, the latter having been discussed with your estate agent. Once again, we understand your disappointment, but ultimately we are appointed to achieve the best solution/result for our client.
