Tim was a godsend. He was engaged to look after a private sale from price negotiation to completion and he did an incredible job. He liased with all parties to ease out delays and bumps in the process and get things moving when needed. I had a disappointing experience during a property purchase involving my 77-year-old mother. We were initially told the property was ours on a Saturday, but on the Monday we were informed it had been sold to someone else. I have had 2 sales go through Mellor and Beer and I can highly recommend them. I have had a very Professional, speedy and efficient service. There have been a few obstacles in the sales but these guys have guided and advised me through it all. Tim and Liam have not only been there at the end of the phone when needed they also called me to keep me updated every step of the way. Was extremely accommodating arranging a viewing and helpful to us as we struggle to do usual working hours, Matt who did our viewing was extremely kind and helpful and helped us during negotiations to have an offer accepted quite fast and from then right until now a couple days away from completion he has been amazing at helping us push the process along as fast as possible and helped chase both ends when need be ! My husband and I decided to use Mellor and Beer to sell our property in Whitwell because two previous agents had come into our house, basically thought of it as a terrace and suggested very low prices for a quick sale for them. I was really impressed with the full support and service I received from Mellor and Beer estate agents. They were approachable explained everything and helped me through the full process of selling my house. They helped secure a solicitor who they worked with on a regular basis which ensured the sale went through in a timely manner.
