GoogleThey sold our house within two weeks . They were a second choice, as the agent we initially agreed to go with SACKED US , because we asked them to stop mispelling our surname, as it would become complicated throughout the legal process. Would recommend Mellor and Beer, because they are unassuming and understated. Yet professional and competent enough to sell houses consistently.

GoogleThink the lettings department is shocking, tried to get in for a viewing & had nothing available, for over a week. The day we are suppose to be viewing, rings up at 1pm due to go at 4.30pm and tells me an application has been taken on this property... so therefore someone managed to get in last week to view this! Also told me he rang me in the morning & left me a voicemail, absolute rubbish as I have no voicemail on my phone, it's switched off! I think the correspondence is shocking & the guys attitude was awful! Wouldn't use these again! A property that has been on the market for 6 months, amazingly an application goes in the day we want to view 👍🏻

GoogleVery disappointing - tried to book several viewings and was told I would receive a call back. Still waiting. So glad I'm not using these guys to sell my house!

GoogleShocking treatment, contacted for viewing of a property, no response so had to call and chase, arranged a viewing for 11am on a Monday (bearing in mind property was 2 hrs drive away), 10.30am Monday morning received a text (not even the courtesy of a phone call) to say property was sold on Sunday. Waste of 2 hrs driving/ fuel/ time. Not even sympathetic. Terrible customer services.

GoogleBunch of messers discriminate on DWP claimants
Hi Dean, There is no evidence of discrimination at all. We understand that it is unfortunate and frustrating that you don't always get what you want in life. Please feel free to contact us should there be any other property that may be of interest to you, Regards, Mellor & Beer

GoogleCan't recommend Mellor and Beer highly enough. Excellent communication with regular updates and always available to take our calls. We used a different agent before sacking them and using Mellor and Beer. They valued our property to the penny and their local knowledge was excellent. Great local agent.
