GoogleChristine Lucy and Laura were all fantastic. Being a first time seller I knew nothing about selling a house, but they were always there to answer questions and give excellent advice. Would give 0 star if could. This Estate Agents has no idea to sell a property. Four times had to contact them to get the description and price corrected. It was beyond belief how wrong and incompetent they were with the handling of our sale. They put it on the internet to sell without reading what they had actually put and they had put incorrect price twice, probably losing out on a sale. In the end we had to withdraw. There was no apology no response to our numerous emails and texts. Very unprofessional. Wasted months of possible lost sales. Cannot recommend from our view and experience.

GoogleIt's taken me a moment to review, but our house sale completed through Dixons in Autumn 2022. We were initially selling through another estate agents and had a viewing with Dixons. They enquired hour our sale was going and were disappointed to hear our house hadn't had many viewings (the other estate agents tried saying eople just weren't interested) as they felt it was very saleable on the FTB/Rental markets. We agreed with our other estate agents to list with Dixons as well - and suddenly we had a load of interest drummed up. Within a month our house had had many viewings and was deep in the processes of sale, Any problems we encountered during the sale process were down to lenders and other estate agents in the chain. Dixons were communicative and approachable throughout

GoogleThe Team at Dixon's Christine,Hayley,Becky,Vanessa and Laura were fantastic. The professional ,support and friendly advice has been exceptional. We had three offers on the first day and they guided us through every stage of the sale. I will recommend Dixon's to everyone I know. I think you would be hard pressed to find a more knowledgeable estate agent team. They answered communications promptly and liaised with all parties to facilitate the sale in what was a very difficult time for all.

This company cannot even get the basics right took a week to get s floor plan done only for it to bear no resemblance to our house second floor plan took three days again no resemblance to our house then had the cheek to say it was our fault because we didn't check it disgraceful

Dixons Estate Agent ~Erdington We would like to start off and thank our special team in alphabetical order:Charlotte ,Ewelina,Sam and Sarah....without you guys this sale would not have happened.Team provided us with an excellent service. We had initially registered with another agency and in the months they had our property, we had to chase for updates. That particular company did not make us feel that we were priority. 18 weeks and no result Dixon’s team were SO different. We had updates from get go. Every viewings set up, we got email and text messages. We knew who was going into our property and the outcome. They made us their priority.There was a constant communication with Sarah, she was the glue ~ our SUPER glue. She was our point of contact from point of sale agreement. She kept the communication going between us, our recommended solicitor and buyer. Assuring and guiding us. All the staff knew the status of our sale it shows the level of their excellence, their professionalism and passion for their job.We could call anytime and felt free to do so. It really felt like nothing was any trouble. Everything ran really smoothly from initial conversation,going on the market to sale.We are really happy with the level of service received by our girls listed and would recommend Dixon’s Erdington Branch to anyone if you want an easy, efficient, professional and honest service. I walked into a messy, dusty apartment that had clearly not been cleaned since the last tenant was there and I had to pay for my own cleaning service, which is odd because they make sure to ask for £150+ out of your deposit for cleaning fees when you leave.To make it worse, after you’ve signed an agreement they dump you off to another group to deal with and clear themselves of any responsibility. It’s not a one time thing, they do this with every new tenant, taking ownership once again to market the apartment and not telling you that you will be left with someone else.They are mostly nice and friendly when speaking to them so I put off writing this review, but the last straw is refusing to release my deposit for a month (and still ongoing) after I leave, but conveniently making sure that I paid my rent on time through constant emails. Just another one of those agencies that want to have it both ways and from now on will avoid.

GoogleDixons have been absolutely great throughout the whole process of purchasing our first property. Our mortgage advisor Sally was very friendly and helpful. She helped us to clearly understand the whole mortgage process and she found us our perfect mortgage that we couldn't find elsewhere. Also Jemma & Halinka who dealt with the estate agent side of things, were very friendly and answered all the questions we had. Highly recommended estate agents. We will be returning for our next move in years to come. Thanks again.

GoogleSigned up with Dixon's after another agent sat with property on the market for a couple of months with nothing doing... I chose this agent by reviewing stats on the local agents and who had the shortest times from adding to market to sold. Jemma and Hayley were soon 'on it' and had a viewing arranged within about 1.5 hours of my signing up. Property was viewed and a first offer received all inside 1 working day. A further offer agreed and now working on a months completion of the sale. Not the cheapest on the market but in my experience you pay peanuts and you definitely get the monkeys!!!
