Callum and John have both given consistently excellent service whenever they have visited my mother's apartment. Callum first visited shortly after Mum moved in, addressing a problem with her shower. He identified the cause of the problem, treated it and was very kind and helpful in explaining how to prevent the problem recurring. Recently Callum and John visited to mend a broken balcony roof. They worked conscientiously and efficiently and were extremely helpful. They even noticed that the glass in Mum's balcony had changed position and took the time to correct it. All in all, they could not have been kinder or more professional.

Customer services are horrible. Never call to say the technicians aren't coming. No text, no email nor a call. Useless. Worst ever service as they can't even update their customers. Do not buy from this cowboy building company. Garbage service all around. Actually no service at all just headaches and wasted time. Do not waste your money and go buy from another company. These take your money and laugh in your face. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS!! Get better service from an Indian call centre!

Still a year on and not finished the horrific painting of the entire internals. Cancelled numerous times and make excuses constantly. Never buy a home from them as they use cowboy builders and customer service is horrific and don't care. Just send you complaint links if you're not happy. Pathetic service. If you're thinking of buying from St Modwen's then you should take all the money for the house and set it on fire. Its more useful to you that way. STAY AWAY..WASTE OF YOUR HARD ESRNED MONEY FOR A LACK LUSTRE CARE FREE SERVICE. NUMEROUS ISSUES ON OUR DEVELOPMENT AND PEOPLE ALWAYS COMPLAINING ABOUT ISSUES. Try Avant or another company

The team advised forwarding my emails and they would arrange for the North West Team to address my concerns. This was brilliant service although a little late as it had already been months of no response to my communications.

Had some work carried out today on various cosmetic issues around the home. Matt Thorpe did a brilliant job! We had a dent in the wall you’d never think was ever there! Very professional job. Matt also went above and beyond and helped with a few other issues that I’d pointed out. Excellent service all round. Great home designs, owned our current home in Cofton Hackett for over 3 years. The major issue though is the corners that are cut and lack of accountability after they take your money. Customer service and them maintaining the estate, any snagging, etc. as they are required to has been utter s***. If you are a new buyer or looking at one of their houses, don’t let yourself get sucked in on the design alone, they will absolutely devalue your house and experience with everything they fail to do at the back end. Utter utter s***.

Matt came out to help fix some sealant surrounding the sink splash back area and also fix an issue with the pipes behind the walls. He was polite, professional, he gave advice on post care of the fixture. He completed the task professionally, the walls looked brand new, the area was neat and tidy after the jib was complete and he even wore protective cover on his shoes so not to dirty my carpet. Thank you.
