He answered all my questions, including some difficult ones, beyond my expectation and helped us understand the property and the area better. He has made the whole viewing experience very enjoyable.

We used RA Bennet to let our property and fully manage it- what a mistake! They withheld our rent, told us on the phone that the tenants hadn't paid rent which was completely untrue.

I tried to book a viewing via this company’s Stratford office today. I seriously wonder if they actually had the property to view. If they do, they are letting down their sellers badly. We are cash buyers and, whilst I appreciate they need to make sure we have funds, their off hand and intrusive questioning was annoying and inappropriate. As house buyers we will take our custom elsewhere.

Please do not take property from RA Bennet. They will go above and beyond prior to the home being rented out. Carefully read the agreement, paying particular attention to the small print. They are famously pricey and have a lot of hidden expenses. I'm shocked. They are pilfering from regular tenants.

Tenants please beware!!!!! Do not use. Incompetent letting agents who don't return phone calls and emails. Have to be chased for everything. Had to do my own repairs in the end and now have lost half my deposit. Replaced broken blinds so that I had privacy whilst a tenant put back originals when I left and now have been charged hundreds of pounds for replacing them and for leaving a waterbutt in the garden!!!!!!!!! which I thought might be useful for the next tenant and which I offered to remove if new tenants didn't want it. Also have been accused of causing a small amount of ceiling paint to peel from the ceiling in the bathroom - no extractor fan in bathroom - after 18 months - wear and tear. Their property manager in Leamington claims to never visit properties himself - that says it all for you doesn't it?! They quite clearly favour dishonest landlords (and landladies!) because they obviously only care about their business. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT TENANTS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

My elderly mother (who suffers with dementia) contacted them for a valuation. They visited the property and promptly put it on the market WITHOUT HER PERMISSION. Apart from the fact that this is illegal, it is completely unethical and I’m disgusted that they are prepared to pull the wool over the eyes of a vulnerable old lady. I have been trying to get them to take it off the market for the last week and they are refusing point blank. As the other reviewer said, they are a bunch of cowboys.

This Estate Agent does careful market appraisals but the offers rarely match the market value and communication is generally poor (mainly phone) and the complaints system non-existent.

Worst estate agent ever in Leamington Spa. We are trying to buy a house and whilst putting an offer on a property we have been told by them that if we don't use their mortgage advisor we are not likely to get the house. Surely this must be illegal to force us to use their mortgage services?! Very dissappointed. I will be complaining to the property ombudsman.

Terrible service. Poor knowledge of pricing and market conditions. When you do talk to the office they are underprepared to help with queries. Dismissive of legal issues which more professional solicitors have given advice on just highlights that the staff are out of their depth and experience.
