Just bought my first property through Nicol & Co Worcester. Tom handled my first viewing and offer, he was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. Leanne then handled the sales progression and was a real credit to the firm. Leanne always answered calls and emails promptly and put up with my endless questions. She also gave me all the updates I needed on what was quite a difficult chain! Overall a great experience - highly recommend this Estate Agency.

Having had a positive and efficient experience when buying my house through Nicol and co it was an easy decision to choose them when I decided to sell 2 years later. Just bought our first home through Nicol and Co Worcester. The staff there have been great. Dominique did our first viewing and put our offer to the vendors. She was fantastic. Leanne managed the sales process and was equally fantastic, ensuring we were kept up to date throughout. Upon completion we also received a gorgeous hamper bursting with useful and thoughtful things to eat and clean with; we went straight to the property so this was invaluable (especially toilet roll and kitchen towel!). All in all a great service highly recommended.

"Purchased a house in Malvern from a developer who was selling them through Nicol & Co. Initially they were ok but we had a problem with communication with the developer and the owner Matt Nichol said he would deal on our behalf. What followed was 3 months of shocking customer service, constant chasing and basically being fobbed off by Mr Nicol. When I informed Mr Nichol that I did not like being treated in this manner he disappeared never to be heard from again. The sale proceeded through o completion - largely in part to us doing all the chasing and leg work - something you would expect an estate agent to do! If you look through their previous reviews this company is fine when things are running smoothly - as soon as a problem is flagged up they go into melt-down. If the boss don't care how do you expect his staff to... Personally I think there are far better, more professional estate agents in Worcester!"
