Very pleased with the service we received from Nicol and Co during the purchase of a flat. Tom facilitated the negotiation between the seller and ourselves professionally and Leanne then managed the sale process with regular pro-active communication to all parties throughout the transaction. Leanne also consistently responded quickly and positively to all communications and requests that we made, including getting access to the property when we needed it and arranging for utility meter readings to be taken. Their responsiveness and good communication skills were very important to delivering this sale which was complicated by the fact that we were overseas with a significant time difference throughout much of the process. Well done and thanks.

The staff are down to earth and you feel like they trying their absolute best to help you. They are worth the extra money. Not only do they sell you house but they really help move things along. Fantastic service from Leanne at Worcester, after the Droitwich team sold my house. It really made the legal process hassle free. I had regular updates but no hassling (Leanne did that on my behalf) and it went to plan and as smoothly as it could. This is the bit that makes me glad I didn't go with an online agent. I am buying through one at the moment and it's nothing but trouble with incompetent agents who have no interest in working in any hurry! Nicole and Co were the complete opposite of this. Thank you!
