GoogleI have been dealing with Yuri Kohno during the process of my house going on the rental market. Yuri has kept me informed at every stage and as a first time landlord he has made the transition smooth and stress free. His attention to detail regarding the prospective tenants has been excellent and he has been diligent in finding a suitable family to stay in my home.

GoogleI recently bought a house through Nicol & Co and they've been very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. I was assigned an agent, Leanne, to lead me through the purchase and she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was impressed by how I was kept updated through the whole process; I never needed to chase anything up. I would definitely recommend Nicol & Co.

GoogleWe would highly recommend Nicol & Co who have been professional throughout our buying and selling process. Leanne and Odette in the sales progression team have been amazing- keeping us updated regularly, always responding quickly to our queries and pushing forwards our sale and purchase which turned out to be more complicated than expected! Their continued professional, knowledgeable and reassuring approach has been very much appreciated.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAs a first time buyer I was naturally quite wary of the whole buying process. Nicol & Co dispelled the myths I have heard about Estate Agents, Leanne communicated at least once a week to update everyone and was really helpful throughout. She was never difficult to get hold of and did everything possible to ensure the move was pushed through quickly and hassle free. I would recommend Nicol & Co.

GoogleNicol and Co. Sold our property in Droitwich very quickly and the service was exceptional from start to finish. They are also dealing with our purchase, which again is going very smoothly at present although we're fairly early in the process. I would like to highlight Dan and Charlie specifically and the assistance they have provided which has been exceptional.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI have had the pleasure to deal with Gemma Welch from the Worcester office who has gone 'over and above' what other agents have offered. She knows her market, understands what I'm looking for in a property and has put forward excellent options for me to consider. Any property investor or house hunter would do well to have Gemma on board - I can't recommend her enough.

FacebookAbsolutely brilliant customer service, sold our house in just over a week. All staff are brilliant but the main reason I went to them in the first place was because of Gemma Welch. We mentioned earlier in the year that we were looking for a property and she is the only estate agent that kept in touch with personal emails rather than just generic emails. Fantastic.

GoogleWe’ve looked at several houses marketed by Nicol and Co and were very impressed when being shown around. Gemma in the Droitwich/ Worcester branch in particular has been fantastic to deal with. She knew everything about the properties we looked at and has been very pro-active with organising viewings and keeping in touch and really tries to understand your requirements fully, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

GoogleNicol and Co provided a great service whilst we were selling a house through them. The marketing and communication was spot and viewings were really well presented by the agent. My primary contact was Leanne who was excellent throughout the whole process ensuring I was kept fully up to speed with the developments of the sale. I would definitely recommend and use Nicil and Co again
