I can only imagine you must have called at a very busy time which is why you may have struggled to contact us (please bear in mind that we all spend most of our time out of the office on appointments). However, this doesn't explain the response you received when you did get through, which is certainly not acceptable. Sometimes telephone answering when Kirstie not at her desk was needing improvement. It seems to go to overflow system who are not familiar with either Winkworth staff or the client

Hi AS. Thanks for taking the time to write a review. However, I need to point out that we are not responsible for returning the deposit. In accordance with government legislation, we are required to lodge all deposits with a registered scheme and as such, we lodge all deposits with the Deposit Protection Scheme, who administer the process. Any delays are beyond our control I'm afraid.

GoogleWinkworth have been amazing. Right from the initial viewing, signing contracts, up to renewal everything has gone smoothly. No problems with the house, and any queries we've had have been answered quickly by Sarah and Katie. We're pleased to be tenants with them for another year. Thanks a lot!
