Knowing your client

I decided to use Breckon &Breckon to sell my house after viewing another property that they had on their books. I was impressed with the service and the knowledge about the property, often you can go to view a house and they just open the door, instead they offered advice and service. My property was on the market less than a day, no photography done yet and literally just signed the paperwork, Robert had seen a few images that I had sent over to the office in a quick email, he knew that he had the perfect client that would love my place, he asked if he could bring him round the next day, and he made a full price offer instantly. Robert knew what his clients needs were, and he reacted to them in a prompt professional manor. Robert has kept me informed of the progress all the way through the sale, and sent me a very pleasant email at the end of the sale. Few people seem to regard Estate Agents very highly, however very much to my surprise I can not praise Suzanne Web highly enough ( Breckon & Breckon Lettings Woodstock office). From start to occupancy Suzanne guided me expertly answering every question rapidly, completely and kept up with my progress toward the letting of my home. Safe hands, reliable advice, just what we needed when trying to move house!

My girfriend and I were combining two property sales with one property purchase - a tricky process at the best of times. Having had a frustrating and challenging time with other local agents (the less said about this the better) we turned to Breckon in Woodstock and in particular Simeon Spencer. Sim listened to what we wanted to acheive and wasn't afraid to offer his considered advice, even when it was not perhaps what we wanted to hear at times! I was delighted with the service and support I received from Breckon and Breckon at the Woodstock Office. I had been trying to sell for two years with other estate agents who did not give honest evaluations of the property value or maintain interest in the property when it didn't sell in the first few months. B&B not only secured the sale but supported me through the trials of selling the house for which I didn't have much experience. Exceptional service in sale, purchase and rental

We initially enlisted the services of Breckon and Breckon for the sale of our house. The marketing process was straightforward and their agent, Robert, was able to obtain two asking-price offers in less than two weeks. We were also interested in buying one of the properties for sale through them, and again Robert went the extra mile to provide repeated viewings and facilitate what was quite a complicated purchase. As this property required renovation, we also needed a short term rental that would accept our pet dog, and Suzanne and her team were able to help us find a suitable property just around the corner at short notice! A lot of agents I have encountered are not particularly knowledgable about the properties they sell or the legal frameworks and market conditions. My experience with the team at Breckon&Breckon Woodstock and with Rob in particular, was a pleasant deviation from that unfortunate norm. Beyond the usual friendliness, timeliness and promptness one expects from a professional agent, Rob exceeded my usual expectations in his knowledgeability about the details of the property. Robert Coules excellent performance in selling my house in Woodstock

Robert was tireless and businesslike from the very first contact. He put forward strong arguments for the selling price. He quickly found a number of clients who were suitable buyers. We achieved a price in our target range with a very good buyer who was very straightforward. He looked after the property while the deal was going on and arranged maintenance. He looked after the surveyor who was working for my insurance company. When the buyers solicitor was disinclined to hurry things along, Robert encouraged him to do so. He involved himself completely in our deal and I think that the result was good for both the buyer and the seller. All deals should be done that way. One day in the future I will be looking for another house in Woodstock and I hope that Robert will be there to find it for me.
