I cant speak more highly of Jasper and the Parkers team. He carefully explained how he wanted to market our property and the price he felt it would obtain. We had an open day with a good number of viewings which resulted in an offer over the asking price which we accepted and felt was a true reflection of its worth. They have kept us informed throughout the process and I am more than happy to recommend them. Very good service

provided very impressive service and professionalism. Just bought house through them. We are very grate to choose Parker estate agency to buy our house. They are extremely professional and provide right advice and guidance promptly. Both Jasper and Somer are very knowledgeable and always provide the best quality of service starting to completion. They regularly liaise with solicitors and inform the progression regularly. We bought and sold houses few times in the past and we know the stress on both seller and buyers sides. But Jasper and Somer and later stage Damien made the process less stressful and provide unbiased service. We certainly use their service again when we come to sell or buy in the future and my strongly recommendation to my family and friends to use Parker since they are extremely professional and knowledgeable and provide the best customer services. We are also going to use Parker for the letting as well. Oliver is extremely helpful and understand the customer requirement. Thank you very much for your help, much appreciated.

Fantastic service all round! Jasper was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the property and area when showing us the property we purchased with him, through to the hand over to Somer who managed the progression of the sale. Somer was also very professional, and prompted us when things needed to be done and was there when we needed her to help move things forward. I have recently sold my property through Parkers and cannot recommend them enough. The service is nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we met with Kate to value the property, through to Jasper and his team who looked after the marketing, viewing and securing the sale, and to Somer who looked after the sales progression once we had the offer, the whole process has been made so easy and smooth. If anyone is buying or selling a property in the reading area i recommend Parkers Woodley Estates Agents. I have been dealing with Somer one of the sales Rep. Not 1 word is good enough to describe this young lady. Intelligent, professional, helpful ,patience , fabulous ,just an amazing young lady. If it was not for Somer drive and willingness , I would have lost the purchase of the property I was buying , due to the unprofessionalism , unhelpful , of my Solicitors . Somer deservers a pay Rise. From Sale to Completion, the Parkers Woodley team have been excellent. The sales team of Callum / David/ Jasper had been great in providing expert advise on price and presentation as well as handling the offer/negotiations. Thereafter, Somer had been very patient in the follow through, providing advice and managing all the various parties involved in the chain. A house sale and purchase is a long and tedious process but made very much smoother with a great team that supports you all the way.
