We had a great experience selling our house with Jasper at Parkers Woodley. He and his team were very friendly and professional. The marketing brochure was excellent and included an online video tour. Communication was good with informative passed on quickly and we were signed up to the Kriva app which we found very useful. We also received a lot of help from Paula in moving the sale along and Ross was so helpful too. Thanks, we would definitely recommend Parkers as a sales agent.

When I was looking for an agent to help me to sell my parents house, Jasper was the most professional agent that I spoke with. He is all the information I needed prepared, arrived at the property in a suit and was very impressive. He gave me great advice throughout the process and I always felt in the loop and that I was receiving sensible suggestions. He knew the market and I was happy with the agreed sale price. The buyers were sound and did everything they said they would. I couldn’t fault the service and Jasper was backed up by his team that also kept in regular contact. We had and accepted an offer on the first open day. Unfortunately they withdrew the offer because our tenant refused to leave! We decided to take it off the market. Jasper Toop maintained regular contract with us whilst we went through the eviction process and we decided to stay with them to remarket the property once we have vacant possession. Three viewings and, just before Christmas, we had a new offer which we accepted. Jasper Toop has continued to be in regular contact with us and Paula Thomson has expertly and in a timely manner progressed the sale process. We have exchanged and complete Friday 10th Feb.
