GoogleParkers were fantastic from start to finish when selling: my property was on with another agent for a number of weeks with very little results, when I decided to take on Parkers as a second agent that’s when I started to see some real traction. Jasper and the team know the area really well, are friendly and communication was excellent with regular weekly updates. Paula was fantastic at coordinating with the purchasers and the estate agents, she was also helpful with my onward purchase this just made things move very smoothly. I highly recommend them.

I would like to say that the whole experience was poor , long ,partly my fault as I should of left earlier , communication was almost scripted , we were asked to produce our own survey at great cost so as to give the customer , this was described as normal . After that it was just a constant drop the price . I would suggest more honesty and to be less sales driven in your approach . We moved to another agent who sold it for more weeks later and the process was great .

GoogleI worked with Paula from Parkers on a very long and complicated move (nothing that was Parkers' fault) and she was extremely helpful, positive and patient through the entire process and could have easily given up on us but didn't. Picked up the keys today and there was even a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us as we finally get to celebrate moving in! GoogleVery please with how Parkers dealt with our house sale, we had been on the market for eight weeks with another agent without any real sign of interest and when able to come out of contract we went with Parkers and Jasper was very clear on what he thought the valuation should be. Within one week we had accepted and offer and then through the rather long winded process that takes place once Solicitors are involved the one constant was Paula who returned all calls immediately and over saw all queries and chasing of Solicitor updates

GoogleI put my house on the market with Parkers in 2020 and even though we were in the middle of the pandemic, I was surprised at how many viewings they managed to get considering the climate. I mainly spoke to Jasper who always kept me up to date and gave me feedback. What I really appreciated was that they show people who were interested in viewing my house, an online video tour to ensure the viewers had a real interest in the property. They found my buyers and enabled all paperwork etc to be completed swiftly, allowing a shorter than usual process to exchange which has now happened. A big thank you to Paula also! GoogleWe have recently sold our house through this agent and the whole team were very professional . From the initial valuation, to photographs, the virtual viewer and the covid safe viewings everything was handled very well. Everyone we met from the agency were courteous and knowledgeable. Once we had a firm offer everything was then handed over to the progress chaser who kept in contact with the whole chain and helped to push things through to the end with no last minute hitches .
