My wife and our two young children had decided to move out of London city centre and further out East. We had tried a couple of online estate agents but did not seem to be getting the right care and attention, we had been recommended by word of mouth of Abode. From the moment we made contact with Abode, they took the time to carefully understand our budget and needs. Due to this personal touch, care and attention they were able to locate a property for us within a few days and because it was exactly what we had been looking for it was an easy decision. We have been in the property for the last 2 years and Abode have continued to be the managing agent for the property. The same service that we experienced from the beginning has carried right the way through to today, our property manager Tracy has been superb and excelled in all our expectations. Tracy has been extremely approachable no matter how big or small the matter, always very courteous and professional. Tracy has been an asset to Abode and my family. Abode were brilliant start to finish. Didn’t get too much of the usual estate agent sleaze. Dealt with Lee and Christian throughout the process and couldn’t speak more highly of them. They failed to ring me back on a couple of occasions, but considering we were in lockdown/corona was happening I thought this was acceptable. Also considering the amount of correspondence you have with your estate agent a couple of missed calls is not the end of the word. The end of the sale was made stressful by the incompetence of the buyers solicitor, nothing to do with Abode or their staff. Lee was very helpful and we managed to work around the solicitors incompetence. Well done to lee and his team at abode, if your selling in Woodford or the surrounding area, use this lot.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Our experience with Abode was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced before with an estate agent whilst we have been buying a property through them which completes this week. There have been numerous issues with our sale and purchase none of which were the fault of Abode but they still took the time to deal with these problems. Contacting us at every stage and keeping us informed at all times. Richard even rescued our chain when it was so close to falling apart due to another agent. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he took on problems that weren’t under his responsibility even contacting solicitors to try to ensure as smooth a transaction as possible. Without a doubt the best agent you could find. We would recommend Abode 100%. We bought our recent home via Abode and couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Lee and his team were responsive from the moment we made our initial viewing enquiry through to exchange and completion. We were on a very tight timeline and needed to move in as quickly as possible. My experience with Abode in finding a flat to rent was very positive. After receiving the property details via email I expressed my interest and was contacted shortly by Christian. Then the whole process went very smoothly, from the viewing of the flat to signing the letting agreement. Communication with the agency was excellent and Christian was always available for any question I could have. It took less than a week from viewing the advert to getting the keys. I have bought and sold a few times so I have dealt with many agents. Abode Woodford is definitely the best, the most professional and trustworthy. For my house it was a quick sold (only 2 weeks) but the process is not smooth due to a few issues of the house, Richard tried his best to find contacts, gathered information, and reassured me. I felt positive every time after spoken to him as I knew he is very reliable. It was finally successfully completed just before the lock down.
