I’ve used Abode’s full management service for over 5 years and couldn’t be more pleased. I was in a very busy period of my life at the time I purchased my buy-to-let and I didn’t have the time to manage it personally. I was looking for a local, reputable company to manage my flat and Abode have been excellent from day one. I contacted a few agents at the time and Abode’s response time and professionalism when responding to my queries won me over straightaway. Tracy has looked after my account throughout and has been fantastic. Her response times are always quick, she’s proactive in resolving any issues and communication is clear and professional.
