GoogleI have used Abode for the last 6+ years. They rented out my house for me and Tracy was a brilliant support when challenges inevitably came up over the years, especially during Covid. She is straight talking and I felt I could talk to her when I was concerned about anything. This year, infact today, the sale of my house completed. The support and communication virtually throughout has been excellent and Claire chased up on almost a daily basis. I am very happy & would recommend Abode to anyone wanting to either rent their property out or sell it. Thank you!

From the off, Lee was on the case, communicating and negotiating, chasing up anything that needed to be done. GoogleWe purchased a property via Abode and sold our property with a different agent. But going through this process, we wish we had Abode acting as our agent for selling our property. Lee was our point of contact and he has been exceptional right from the start guiding us through the process, keeping in touch regularly ensuring everyone in the chain had completed all the necessary actions - our agent for the sale in comparison was the opposite. Due to this clear communication, we were able to meet the stamp duty holiday deadline. GoogleMe and my husband bought a house with Abode estate agency. They provided an excellent service throughout the whole process. They've gone above and beyond, significantly, to ensure a speedy completion to meet everyone's requirements. With other agencies we spent several months trying to get our offer accepted and on some occasions we had an offer accepted, but the agency kept showing the property to another potential buyers until we got outbid, so we wasted time and money. With Abode, when our offer was accepted, they immediately took the property off the market, which saved us all the stress during the mortgage application process. GoogleAbode were terrific. Friendly, professional and straight-talking; you felt at ease dealing with them. I first dealt with Lochlan, a very polite and patient agent. And then Lee took over our sale process. Lee was pro-active, honest and straightforward. The only thing sad thing is that we couldn't complete our purchase with Abode (for reasons unrelated to Abode). Highly recommended.
