GoogleBought through this agent and been a good experience. Had been looking in the area for a while and these have been best around which is what you'd hope for from a local independent agent. Knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Communication was always good and the usual issues with buying and selling got sorted without added drama and stress. Will use again when time comes but very happy with purchase. Recommended.

GoogleWe purchased a house through Avenues and they were fantastic from start to finish. There were some issues (nothing to do with Avenues) which they dealt with promptly and kept us up to date on matters. Would highly recommend Avenues.

GoogleI’ve known Sanjay for many years even thou never used his services until this year. He was tasked with selling my mother’s house. Right from the start he proved his quality by promising a sale which he did almost immediately. He dealt with probate of the estate and had a good understanding of a moving housing market pre and post covid with great professionalism. Sanjay showed great communication throughout. Would use Avenues again for sure. Great team and keep up the great work.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe purchased our first home (Green Lane, Wolverton) and then sold it 2 years later with Avenues and we couldn't recommend them any more! We had most of our dealings with Steve who is the most courteous and hard working estate agent ever and seeing it from both a buyer and a seller perspective, I can confirm that he goes above and beyond for both sides of the transaction. He always delivers on his promises and is just an all round pleasure to deal with. I had minimal contact with Sanj and Shabab but the contact I did have was still the same 5 star service. They knew the matter very well and are experts in the Wolverton area. They may be a small team, but they are certainly a mighty one! Thank you Avenues for all that you have done for us.

GoogleI appointed Avenues to sell our late mother’s house. They placed a valuation on the property that we were seeking and managed to achieve the full asking price finding a buyer within the month. I found them very professional, pleasant to deal with, giving regular updates and doing exactly what they said they would do. Would certainly recommend Avenues

GoogleSanj at Avenues was professional, timely, knowledgable & attentive to the market. He went above and beyond at no extra charge. We were living abroad when selling and he kept an eye on the property for us to cover our insurance requirements and responded positively to other requests we made. He was very quick to respond to emails, keeping us up to speed and followed up queries or chased solicitors for us. He helped us achieve the price we were looking for very quickly, and guided us through the process seamlessly. Sanj knows the Wolverton community well and what people are looking for. Fabulous service all round, would definitely recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have both bought and (recently) sold with Avenue's and wouldn't use anyone else. The team are amazing, know the local market intimately, the best communication which is extra essential when I was selling from abroad. Nothing is too much trouble and they work hard to ensure the best outcome. Highly recommend!

GoogleWe sold our property with Avenues. I can not recommend them enough (especially if you are selling a property in Wolverton). Overall they are great, there communication is brilliant with phone calls and emails (it never feels like they are going out of the way or that you are being hassle). There rates are very good and especially if you are in Wolverton they know the area extremely well - I don't know why you would choose another estate agent.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
