From the very first viewing to the final paperwork, the team was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive. They made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. I especially appreciated their transparency, attention to detail, and honest advice throughout. A big thank you to Sajn for going above and beyond, I couldn’t be happier with my new home! GoogleSanj and his team are way above the services. I was buying property from them. We had lots of issues with paperwork. He is quick and very active in sorting out all the problems. Our buying process could have taken longer without them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone thinking of selling their house. I have dealt with lots of other estate agents before, and they are exceptionally good.

GoogleI cannot fault Avenues as an Estate Agent, not your typical Estate Agent, they were a pleasure to deal with, they were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and assisted us in the smooth running of our sale in difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend Sanj and his team.

GoogleFrom listing the house to completion under 4 months. Nothing was too much trouble, I would highly recommend anyone wanting to sell in the area to use Avenues. Sanj was extremely diligent and easy to get hold of to ask questions. Avenues is a great example of why local businesses are better than large chains.

GoogleIn a tricky selling market you need an experience estate agent to sell your house, and Avenues really know the Wolverton market! Sanj and Shahab were brilliant on all counts and kept me up-to-date throughout the selling process. My house sold quickly and for a price I am very happy with. So many other agents try to entice you with unrealistic selling prices whereas they give it to you honestly exactly what your house can sell for in the current conditions. I initially approached 4 different agents and they stood out by a mile with their knowledge and expertise. I can thoroughly recommend them!

GoogleThese guys were amazing. I bought from them and sold through them. Shahab and Sanj were true professionals. Nothing was too much, they chased the solicitors, the purchasers estate agents. They went more than above and beyond. It was them that got our house through from sale to our new home in 11 weeks. Trust me there are no better people to help buy or sell a home. Thanks Shaun and Tom

GoogleMy partner and I purchased a property through Avenues in September last year when relocating from London. Sanj was very professional and supportive throughout the process, from the viewings through to completion. We were particularly grateful for Sanj's insights and knowledge of the area, as well as his non-pressured approach to conducting viewings which enabled us to have plenty of time and space to consider the property. We would absolutely recommend using Avenues and will definitely use them should we sell in the future.

Google100% recommend. If you are buying or selling in Wolverton, look no further. We purchased our house from Avenues 10 years ago and also recently sold via them. The team at Avenues are so friendly, professional and responsive. They go above and beyond to help keep what is always a tricky process of house buying and selling on-track. They keep all parties informed and chase relevant parties where required. I honestly think our sale wouldn't have completed without them. Thank you to Shahab, Sanj and the team for your assitance and wish you all the best for the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleTo say Avenues go above and beyond is an understatement. Having bought our property from them back in 2012, we naturally turned to them to sell the property for us. Their communication has been fantastic, with all questions and queries being answered swiftly and honestly. Having been let down by potential buyers, Sanj and Steve were quick to respond and ensure our property was well marketed as well as being incredibly flexible with viewings. Their knowledge of the local area has also been invaluable and meant they have been able to answer questions at viewings with confidence and ease. A truly fantastic and highly professional company!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAmazing service from Avenues - especially Sanj who went above and beyond on every level to support the sale and to effectively represent my interests. He gave great, honest advice, was supportive and also super speedy in his service provision. He also kept me abreast of the situation at every stage, and I never needed to chase. You couldn't ask for a better Estate Agent in my view (and we've tried a few!). Thank you!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHighly recommend, Sanj and Steve are very friendly and professional. Great communication throughout, not just quick in answering our own queries but proactively updating us at each stage. Local knowledge is fantastic, we took the advice for choosing lawyers and other companies and each one worked out great and cheaper than what we had sourced ourselves. Overall made the whole process of buying our 1st house very smooth and wouldn't hesitate using again if needed. Huge thanks from the 3 of us!
