GoogleI choose Avenues Estate Agents because they were local to the property which I had for sale and because they were a small independent firm. My thinking was that they would provide a more personal service than a larger estate agent could. This rationale proved to be correct as Avenues Estate Agents provided an exceptional service. They were even-handed, friendly and always professional, steering a course that worked to the benefit of both the buyer and the seller. They could not do enough to help facilitate a smooth and hassle-free sale. Indeed, I would say they went above and beyond to ensure that their clients were well supported throughout the house-sale process. Hence I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

GoogleOver the years I had seen numerous property sales on my road and in the local area, what I had also noted was that the vast majority were being sold by one estate agents, Avenues. Without hesitation I asked Sanj & Shahab to market my property. All elements of the service from valuation through to completion were seamless and I felt comfortable making the choice to go with Avenues. Even when there were bumps in the road the communication was on point and the whole process managed well with Sanj & Shahab seemingly always available. GoogleAfter a long and crazy house selling and buying. I moved into my new home yesterday. I sold my house through Avenues, this was quick and efficient by genuinely honest agents Steve and Sanj. Team Avenues were so supportive in assisting and advising with my frustrating purchases. Tip no 1. Even if it looks good to you, get a survey as it saved me from making a very big mistake. Tip no 2. The chaps down at Avenues in Wolverton are really who you need on your side when it comes to the property game. Highly recommend.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant. Sanj and Shahib at Avenues went above and beyond what we expected an estate agent to do. They were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable and always happy to answer any question quickly, however small it was. They worked with us, our solicitors, the buyer and their solicitors, and our solicitors in Scotland and acted as a highly effective and professional bridge between all parties. When someone was on holiday, there was a seamless and knowledgeable transition to somebody else moving the sale forward and answering our questions. When an unexpected issue happened at our end that delayed the sale, they were polite and professional and adjusted accordingly and ensured things progressed smoothly. Avenues have great experience of the local Wolverton market. If we were buying another house in Wolverton, we would go to Avenues. Couldn't ask for anything more.

GoogleIf you are considering Buying or Selling a property in the Wolverton area then please do not consider using any other estate agency other than Avenues. I have bought 2 houses from them (in 2004 and 2007) and sold two houses with them (in 2007 and 2023). Their knowledge of the area is unsurpassed and infinitely better than that of ANY other MK-based estate agent. They are positioned in the centre of their market area and hence know the REAL value of your property whether you are buying or selling.
