Waste of time, properties listed are out of date!! Enquired about one, had to contact the estate as the request information form got no replies. Property was from year before, 9 months old, they had not bothered to remove advert!! Useless. Only gave 1 star as I had to.

GoogleAwful place with awful people. For a company that says they specialise in helping people on benefits, they seemed to lack any knowledge or understanding of the complexity of benefits. After I was told I'd have to see if the landlord was willing to accept a tenant on benefits (I'm severely disabled and cannot work). When I explained this was discriminatory, they laughed, said I earned more than they did and didn't have to worry about childcare, so it was hardly discrimination (I had never mentioned children so this seemed like a personal issue)
I'm disabled - and I'd give anything to not need benefits or to be able to follow my passions and dreams.
When I tried to explain my concerns and complaints we got a vague answer that we could give them our name and number and they might get back to us. This wasnt okay with me. Particularly after I'd asked in my inquiry to email rather than call due to disability and they ignored that.
Looking through their reviews, seems their positive ones are all landlords, so I guess this is a case of renter beware. There are far, far better agencies to go through if today is anything to go by. It's just a shame zero stars isn't an option, as I've never met somewhere more deserving of a big zero.
