GoogleThey've advertised the apartment so much - but everything was a lie. It's an awful neighbourhood full of useless drunks and bullies, who will never let you live in peace. The environment is malignant, toxic and unsafe. Run away from this town as fast as you can.

Don't go on there websiteit has viruses on the website had a problem with it last year not been on there for months no problem just been on there same problem as before this time my viruses protected my won't be going on this site again and I've seen lot of people with the same problem

Hi Martin, we're sorry you've had an issue visiting our website. It sounds like you may be seeing a pop-up from an advert. This is most likely from an advert coming from our ad provider, we'll look into blocking those adverts. If you see these adverts pop-up again on site you can right+click and copy the link address - you don't need to visit the link, copying the link address simply allows you to copy the URL of that ad which allows us to track and remove that ad from re-appearing on site. Once you have the link address you can email it to our team at support@onthemarket.com. Thanks

Worst service ever. Called about an issue for the person I spoke with to have no clue and laugh. Thought this was unacceptable and so rude. Advert is just annoying and I mute my tv when ever I see it. Decided to no longer use the website because I can no longer bare to see it.

Gave just 2 stars, because agent was there on meeting time, but other wise everything was terribly wrong. Ignoring my messages and not calling me back like they did promise. I have to struggle to contact the agency, what a waste of time. Recommend don't choose this rubbish agency no more, irresponsible staff.

I have used the previous 'On The Market' website and found it very good, the new website is hopeless, won't let you filter as the filter element doesn't scroll so you are unable to add filters to your search, it has properties on there that were advertised months ago, useless for up to date availability. I am very disappointed with the new website.

With regards to your query about our filter options, we have refined our search function on the website to offer a more streamlined and functional searching experience for our customers. However, you can still search for your preferred property types using our Wish List feature. Wish List invites property seekers to specify up to 5 things they would like in their new home, whether they be single word items, or short phrases, for example “Concierge” or “Countryside views”. The properties that appear will then provide you with a score on how many “Wish List” items it offers, matching you to the right property quicker. I am thoroughly enjoying OnTheMarket with the new rebrand. It feels like they are leading the way for portals and providing estate agents with more value than ever. Recently I have been looking for new flats to move to in London, and OnTheMarket gives me the best customer experience to quickly identify rentals in an area and price range that suites me.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm only and we don’t offer viewings outside of these hours unfortunately. You would have been made welcome to view the property separately if you and your wife could both not attend together. We can assure you our staff deal with all customer enquiries in a professional manner. However on this occasion we apologise if you feel you didn’t receive our high level of customer service when enquiring for a property to rent.

I'm currently looking to buy a property in the South London area and find myself frequently turning to the On The Market app. It's a very convenient way to set up alerts and browse through all the current available properties that are relevant to my needs. The design has changed recently and I prefer the cleaner fresher feel of it all.

GoogleWas ok, very small 2 bed property I had... There for 8yrs for them to pretend to sell the property, Rent Me Now wouldn't give no more than a week before getting rid of all mine and my children's things including my 3yr old autistic boys things... They are only bothered about money as they now have my property up at £900 for a small 2 bed...

The cookie consent every few seconds or every page drives me insane!!! I've set up the alerts to avoid using the website and the cookie annoyance. Would like the option to exclude new homes from search, would reduce the properties coming through that are not suitable.

Hi Claire, we're sorry you're having issues with the cookie pop-up on your browser. It can occur for a couple of reasons. One main reason could be you have an ad-blocker extension installed. Disabling the extension or adding OnTheMarket to the allow or whitelist should help with this. If that's not the case, please contact our team who can assist further. In regards to your alerts criteria, you can exclude new homes from your alerts by selecting the 'don't show new builds' filter.
