GoogleI was meant to view a property to let with Leighton Paul, and am relocating so had to travel a few days in advance to view the property. I checked rightmove the afternoon before and saw the property was "let agreed", and called the agents about this. All I was told was "oh yeah, the property has now gone, we'll have to cancel the viewing". They didn't contact me about cancelling the viewing, they do not seem to consider the time and money put in for these viewings. Edit: I do want to give credit, as the very next morning the owner Martin got in contact to talk through the situation with me. He was very apologetic and understanding, and clearly wanted to try and make things right. It showed him willingness to do better for prospective tenants and as a company.

I approached Leighton Paul to help me support with renting out my first home. Naturally, I was nervous, unsure of what to expect and what was involved. I was provided with detailed information by Martin about the process and he assisted me with this smoothly. The transition from renting out my home to having tenants was seemingly and quick. I received all my correspondence regarding my rental efficiently and any quires or questions I had were answered promptly, even if it was out of working hours. I felt extremely reassured with the service provided by Leighton Paul and I would certainly recommend them to others who are new to renting their first home. It eliminated any worries I had and know I'm in good hands.

GoogleTottaly fair and honest agency , straight to the point , very responsible and receptive. The moment i met the agent at the site , he gave treated me with a lot of respect and didnt gave me a different look because i am romanian. Straight to the point , and give u that sort of vibe where u would want to become friends and work everything out. I pesonally recommend this agency because in my opinion after i encountered dozens before , only this agency puts time and effort in actully helping u. They totally deserve that commission they get , that's all i had to say. Go and see it for yourself.
