Martin is a true professional and very passionate about his clients. He does his very best to keep the landlord happy but at the same time taking care and ensuring the tenant is happy too. He is a excellent mediator and very experienced, Martin works any hour to get the job done. He really enjoys the buzz of viewings, making a deal and problem solving. As a tenant I have had some extremely poor experiences of big estate agents in the past - hidden fees, confusing processes etc. But my experience with Martin Paul has been nothing short of exceptional. Everything was explained in clear English, I was treated like a real person and I was able to ask all the questions I needed answers to. Costs were made clear, negotiations were handled professionally and quickly and I have been treated exceptionally well. I had looked at many properties in the area and had a tight deadline to meet (less than a week before I began the new job I was moving to the area for). Martin Paul outlined the process, kept me in constant commmunication and nothing was too much trouble. Long story short, I have ended up with a property in a very short space of time and at the right price. Thank you for all your help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services, it's the best experience I've had with an estate and lettings agent.

We have rented from several estate agents over the last few years and this one by far was the best. After several difficult experiences with renting through estate agents, this one was easy and positive from start to finish. No difficult viewings, no application delays, no property fixes that were left for months (or as we have experienced never done at all) and no faffing around with the deposit return at the end of tenancy. From start to finish a brilliant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Leighton Paul as a letting agent to anyone; what a wonderful team. Thank you for everything and all of your help getting us into the property so quickly and out so fluidly when we were waiting for contract dates, if only all letting agents were like this one!!! 5 stars, fantastic.

They showed many houses for us, not a single house were in good condition. Some gardens were like forest, houses were untidy, if they get end of tenancy cleaning from previous tenants it would have been presentable. Even if we were running out of time, we cannot stay in a house like that. If they at least ask the landlord to renovate kitchen or carpet it will be better. Unfortunately disappointed
