So my mum had decided to let out our old house using Martin Paul. I tend to stay with the big boys when it comes to letting property and was slightly apprehensive when we arranged the meet up at the property. I must say I was overwhelmed by the personal and professional approach of Martin Paul. They took their time in evaluating the property and even suggested improvements which could be made to make it more appealing to the letting market.
