DB Roberts were fantastic!! We saw a house we wanted and needed to get ours on the market pronto! Dan came out to appraise our house, discussed valuation and the rationale behind it, pulled out all the stops to get super images done using professional photographer and for us live within 3 days. We were then handed over to the very capable hands of Adam and Lottie who provided us with a constant stream of qualified viewings, we sold very quickly but they kept us informed throughout. Dan also kept us in the loop in terms of new properties coming in the market we may be interested in viewing which was amazing. The commission charged was less than other agents and worth every penny - thank you DB Roberts- top class!

GoogleSuch a positive experience with DB Roberts, especially as a first time buyer. They were really helpful, informative and transparent. Even when I had issues with the solicitors, they supported me. Though I was mostly helped by Sam and Jay, everyone is really friendly and works hard to ensure that the customer is satisfied.

They have dealt with multiple repairs, and tenancy changes, always swift and professional. It is fair to say that I would not be able to keep the flat rented out without them.

GoogleWorst experience with them ever. Even when I was in buying process I had to chase them for every single thing. Poor customer service ever if I call them tell them something next colleague will tell me they don’t know when I called before there was only one girl who was actually good rest all the staff Josh and Sam no one helped me spoke about one issue I am having to ask about gas and electricity provider as nobody told me to ask this from a solicitor they just kept on lying they will call me back after a few minutes. Even before they did the same with all the process. It’s still such a headache to get a hold of them I thought they might help at least to call the previous owner uf not could just tell straight away they can’t help but they kept on lying they will call me back with information. Such a bad experience can’t explain in my words anymore. Don’t bother with them ever.

TrustpilotHighly recommended for a tricky sale
We initially thought our probate sale would be straightforward, but a large stock of similarly sized new-build properties on the level market meant it proved trickier than we’d hoped. However we appointed DB Roberts after meeting 4 agents in total as they seemed very professional, realistic in terms of achievable sale price, and very responsive - all combined with a fair price. We had unavoidable issues with our sale (cancellation of purchasers’ sale at last minute!) but they were very practical and got a regular range of good quality viewings throughout the process. They also liaised regulator with updates and useful overview on what the local market was doing. We finally achieved the price we wanted and we have happy new owners moving in this week. Highly recommended.
