Fast and Proactive

Emily was really attentive booking in viewings and asking all the right questions to avoid wasting time. Emily was in touch most days as she knew I was keen to get my property sold quickly and she really helped to move things along for me. My property was sold STC within a month with her help 😊

Absolutely appalling

Absolutely appalling, difficult to imagine experience could be any worse - complete lack of honesty or transparency in our dealings with DB Roberts Wolverhampton. We accepted an offer but after 6 weeks of regularly asking them for updates and being assured that everything was progressing well, we finally discovered the buyers' listed solicitors had not even received a memo of sale from DB Roberts or any instruction from the buyers, and the buyer was not serious at all - everything collapsed at that point. Complete waste of time. Had to start from scratch with a proper estate agent.

Good Experience.

As a rental company, I found DB Roberts Lettings Agency very professionally run. The staff were most helpful and polite at all times. I would definitely recommend DB Roberts. They made me feel as I was in good hands and that gave me peace of mind. Thank you very much for making my rental experience a good one.
