GoogleGreat experience with Connells, not only were they very friendly but very helpful. We had to travel over 100 miles to find our dream home and Connells made us feel as though we were moving from just down the road. Helen in sales got the ball rolling for us, while Nanette found us a great deal on a mortgage. Jackie would update us with the progress of the purchase on a regular basis, sometimes before we would hear from the solicitors. Our thanks to everyone who helped us forfil our dream. 👍

Google100% happy with the service I have received from Connells Wolverhampton. Got a hunch that they were the right estate agents to go with from the moment I met Ben their instructions manager, who ran through the whole process with me & was so relaxed about the whole thing. His optimism & friendliness made the decision to sell with them so easy. We put our house on the market at the end of March & sold in April just a week after our house details went onto the website! In that first week we had around 15 viewers lined up! I believe our buyer was approached by Connells with the recommendation that he should view our property. The sales team go out of their way to help you sell your house & although their fees are quite high they earn every penny of them! Once we sold we didn't know what to expect but Jackie their sales progression manager was in touch constantly to update us every step of the way & whenever I contacted her she would reply within minutes & take the necessary action straight away. If someone had told me that I would be moving into my new home after just 4 months of starting the process, I would have said they were crazy ... but our experience is proof that with the right estate agent it is possible. I would recommend Connells to anyone looking to sell their home & would also recommend their solicitor as with the two working alongside each other , it really does help.

GoogleIn a time when your solicitor is citing COVID for every delay they have, I can only say, getting a decent estate agent is your only hope. Emma at Connells was excellent and I really would not have got the property without her being so totally on the ball. Chased up the vendors solicitors .. kept tabs on mine. Really appreciated. Excellent service !!!

GoogleVery happy with Lee Cooke and Jenny Turner. My husband and I have sold our house with Lee and brought one with his fantastic team in Wolverhampton and we have now just done our mortgage with them too. There are lots of estate agents around but none no were near as good as Connells, they were worth every penny, stay away from any online estate agents if you want personal and professional service choose Connells.

Are the heart of the Lettings team and are fantastic at finding Tenants to meet your individual requirements. Great job girls so pleased I went with Connells. GoogleTerrible lettings service. We are landlords and now because of their incompetence we are now selling. We are not bad landlords but they continued to hassle us over a leaking tap we which was not causing any issues. They do not hassle tennants for missing rent do not care. They are not bothered about the landlord at all. Don't use them to manage your property all they want to do is make money.

GooglePhone rarely answered, voicemails and calls never returned. False promises. Either incompetent or taking kickbacks to ensure deals are made with the right buyer.
