Today I had a viewing on Ashmore lake road, the agent was far the best I met since I'm looking for properties, had full information and made me comfortable to ask questions and bring up my own ideas. I have spoken with plenty people and had loads of viewing but I wish the other agencies were just half as proffessional as Connels. Even if I won't let the property, will definitely stay in touch with the agency. Thank you.

Have to start by saying "I DON'T DO REVIEWS" until now of course, I thought the service we received from both JENNY TURNER & JACKIE WITTON at the Wolves branch were worthy of my very first ever!! JENNY throughout the whole mind bending process of securing a mortgage to meet our needs was OUTSTANDING! always willing to help us out and guide us through it all even with some testing moments along the way, nothing is too much trouble, she always replies to emails & calls even when we were asking what felt to be the most simplest of questions. We were all set to accept a mortgage from another lender before Jenny stepped in & saved us around £60p/m. She was warm, friendly and professional throughout and we can't really put in to words how highly we rate her. WELL DONE JENNY YOUR A CREDIT TO CONNELLS!! JACKIE was our sales progression manager, always on hand to answer our daft questions and never had to wait long for a reply (which believe me is a novelty when your going through this whole house buying saga), always friendly & extremely helpful, in fact if things had gone quiet & we couldn't get any straight answers from solicitors etc we just got Jackie on the case, she never let us down on that front once! We never met her in person but again she is a credit to CONNELLS Wolverhampton & made our experience a much less stressful one than it could have been. Overall we would have no hesitation in recommending CONNELLS WOLVERHAMPTON to anyone, a classy outfit! Thank you all!

I just want to share my experience with Connells. From the off the first meeting I had with Rosie I knew we were in safe hands. Her enthusiasm and upbeat attitude has made the whole process seem to go so smoothly. Both Rosie and Jackie who had been dealing with our purchase have been avaliable throughout to answer any questions and support us through every step. Which as first time buyers was welcomed as this was all new to us. I just want to thank you both and the whole of connells for the help and guidance you gave us to get into our first home.

We had the best experience with mis Wendy Fletcher , she was amazing, always helpful with anything I needed going with me step by step with what I had to do and when I didn’t know how to do it she took from her time to do it for me. Amazing person and very professional, definitely recommend her.

Me and my partner are first time buys and have gone through connells to sort our morgage and the purchase of our home. We were introduced to jenny Turner who sorted our morgage. As this was the first time either me or my partner went through this process she made it so easy and explained things much more simpler. She was always keeping us updated with how the process was going and what else needed to be done. When one lender said no she found us a lender that would. she was amazing!!! The process was so quick and easy I would recommend anyone to go through connells!!!

Having ended up in a rented house with endless problems that made it unsafe for me and my family and dealing with a dishonest landlord I didn’t want to be in the house anymore or tied in to that tenancy agreement. Kirsty Jordan took thes issues that I had very seriously and went above and beyond to help me out of a situation I thought I’d be in for a year. She worked extremely hard, and outside of office hours (which she didn’t have to do but I am ever so grateful that she did) to ensure that this situation would be sorted properly. I’m now able to move in to a lovely new home in time for the arrival of my second baby and I truly don’t think this would have been possible without Kirsty. I really don’t have a clue what I would’ve done had she not dealt with my problems. She handled the extremely stressful situation in a very professional and timely manor. She showed the utmost commitment to her job and has been an excellent asset to Connells Estate Agents.

We used Connells to sell our home we had out grown and also to purchase the new property. From day one they made it an easy process. Arranging viewings was simple, and when the inevitable mortgage application loomed it was a chat with the in house mortgage advisor who did everything and eased us through the application with minimal stress. The legal side of things was also handled in house. They were informative and forthcoming with info, Always polite and understanding. Can’t say we will be moving again anytime soon but if we do, Connells will be our estate agent. Thanks for your help

We had a fantastic experience with Connells Wolverhampton especially with Jack Parry, he's the best of the best amongst all the agent I've ever worked with, I call him Jack with the magic hands. I recommend him and Connells Wolverhampton anytime, he's so professional and doesn't waste your time. Keep up the good work 👍 Joy.

Firstly got to say Emma Vickers (mainly) and her colleague Jackie who work here were brilliant. She kept us up to date with everything throughout our buying and selling if it was just based on this it would be 5 stars. Downsides, trying to charge to set up a mortgage isn't great especially when a mortgage advisor will do it for free. When the original offer was put forward by myself we was told we needed to up the offer which we did but this was not put forward to the sellers and said we had to pay the asking price surely its up to the sellers to decide on each offer not the estate agents.

Great service from start to finish, orginal property we rang about had just had an application for but manager made sure we were first to know about a similar property up for rent. Aliyah dealt with our enquiries and set up a viewing at a suitable time for us. The process has been quick and straightforward from the first call to collection of keys, Aliyah has always been on the other end of the phone to help and always happy too. Pleasant happy experience for our first home together :)

Simply one of the best agents in town. I've had the pleasure of buying a number of houses from Charlotte and her wonderful team over a number of years. They have exceptional knowledge of the market and are just a delight to work with. No sales jargon, down to earth and straight talking. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the fantastic team whether you are buying or selling... No wonder they're always winning countless awards... Cheers all and keep up the great work.
