GoogleI would two stars due to prompt and polite service, if it weren't for the fact that I paid the security fee (holding deposit) to reserve a property, however less than a week later I was informed that the property had been let with no regard to the security fee I paid to hold the property. I would advise people not to go with this company due to the dishonest nature they conduct their business. I will not be using them again given the choice.

GoogleIt’s better to be homeless..to get a property from agency’s..absolutely overrated..the process is like you buying the house not a rental property. I’m so glad we find a private landlord..all agencies are waste of time

GoogleThis company have been atrocious. Promises to call back and sort out issues regarding our property, to not call back and having to chase them up only to be given no information. Patronising and very un-apologetic for their own faults. Going directly through landlord for further issues.
In relation to properties rented on a set up only basis, after a tenant has moved into a property, as agents, we do not have any authority to organise works or deal with issues, all queries must be passed to and dealt with via the landlord. This information is issued to Set up only tenants upon moving into the property, with all numbers for contact.

GoogleDISCRIMINATION AT ITS FINEST! The agent refused to conduct a viewing after seeing that we were black. The agent was waiting for us outside the house, but fasten her seat belt once we came and ran off asking us to rebook. I called to rebook and was told we were looking intimidating

Facebookthere a scam, you pay £150 deposit and less than 48 hours later they refuse your application because of a mistake and say its none refundable.
Hi Rich, when we submit an application based on initial information provided we incur a cost - the rules around holding deposits are set out in the tenant guide and pre-application form. GoogleThis company is unprofessional, they needs to be investigated and reported to trading standards and other bodies who governs letting licences. Stay away from this agency people something doggy is happening with them
It is a shame that you felt the need to make a review of this nature about our company, and i note that you did make full use of our complaints procedure and a conclusion was made. Unfortunately the costs involved in making numerous applications which all fail referencing due to undisclosed information carry costs and these need to covered, meaning costs will be recovered from any referencing fee paid, but this is always communicated at the outset and terms issued. .

GoogleI wouldn’t recommend this company. I had 2 properties let through them & have took one off them & the other will be gone in 3 months. They have no customer service, they will argue you. They forget who is the customer, and pays the fees every month. Find a nice small, letting agent who will give you the personal touch.
