GoogleHas a property viewing with this company, I turned up and no-one was there. I called them to ask how long they will be and I was informed the viewing had been cancelled and the house was gone! No one left me a message, voicemail or email! And after viewing the other reviews on here, I'm quite glad!!

GoogleWent to their recent Property Seminar and was very informative. In these days of ever changing legislation for landlords you need to be able to rely on your lettings agency who are up to date in order to prevent potential fines or being sued by tenants. Concentric are such an Agency that are up there with the best.

GoogleTonight I have taken part in a very informative webinar conducted by Ali and Dawn from Concentric. Very helpful with information for a landlord that has not been up to date with all the new legislation. Great to find such a professional company that wants to advise and help landlords.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleVery poor service , never return calls and no body knows what going on between the “team”. Extremely disappointed when trying to arrange number of viewing and hearing nothing back at all. Would not recommend. I would not trust them with my property as the service is not good.

GoogleAs a landlord I have used the Concentric 'let only' service 5 times over last 5 years. Letting properties is not easy & can be a minefield, I have found the service good value for money & my continued use of this agent says all you need to know.

GoogleBeen a tenant for a year and a half with concentric. I am currently moving out of the property I'm in and had alot of help from the staff there. They have been very flexible around my work schedule and understanding. Charlotte and Lucy have helped and were brilliant.

GoogleVikramjit Sandhuwas excellent throughout. I particularly appreciated how he gave us space to look around the property without having the need to follow us around and make small talk or describing what you can clearly see . We can highly recommend vikram at concentric.PositiveValue
