GoogleThank you so much to all the staff at Belvoir, just completed on my 2nd property with them and although it took long, I can't imagine how much longer it would have taken without the help of Heidi and Nathan. Both are assets to the team and I couldn't have asked for more! I will definitely recommend them 🙂

GoogleRang up a couple of times to enquire about some houses, the person on the phone had a very horrible attitude and hung up the phone many times without letting me finish what i was saying. Not professional at all. Rude staff. Not recommend at all.

GoogleFantastic team! From start to finish - I could not fault them. I received regular updates from my Valuer and negotiators to ensure my sale was achieved effectively. Heidi then kept me up to date right the way to completion. Highly recommend.

GoogleI've had quite a negative experience with them for a viewing and had the impression of an unprofessional services. However, my complaint was acted on after that by a manager and I am pretty happy with their approach. They assured me they arranged training for their staff and are more careful with their client communication. I've had a few follow-up calls. Hopefully they have improved, indeed.
