Recently purchased a property through Romans Basingstoke, and it is the worst experience that we have ever had with an estate agent. Agents at the branch were unhelpful and only favoured the seller. We are so unbelievably pleased to be rid of Romans and will never do business with them again.

In the last month Donna-Marie Brant of Bracknell branch of Romans replaced Lisa Fazal to manage our property.For years we really struggles with Lisa and our patience were tested to the limit. We complained but got stuck with her. The recent dealings with Donna-Marie make me realize what a good property manager can do. She is ten times better and far more professional. GoogleMy property manager, Kelly Saunders, has been so fantastic. Any problems we have had she has been very quick to get them fixed and is always so easy to talk to. Thank you to Kelly and all the girls at Wokingham for making renting so easy.

Particularly unhelpful when it comes to contract signature. Contract clauses are unclear, often poorly written a'dnd occasionally added (for a renewal) without any rationale and notification.Communications have also been poor, either borderline harassment (2 SMS in a day) or erratic (not even replying to all when we ask for clarifications with several individuals in copy)

I was moving to Bath from Tokyo, and despite being so far away Romans made the process of applying for a tenancy and contracting very smooth. We were working with Amy from Romans and she was always super responsive and helpful with anything we needed. A great experience, I would definitely go through Romans again.
