We rented through prospect and were very happy. Especially with Julie Jacobs who helped us during a particularly difficult time. Julie and the landlord ensured there was much flexibility in our tenancy when we were not sure whether we were going to purchase our onward property. This helped allay significant amounts of anxiety. We have successfully let our property through Prospect for 7 years now with 4 different good tenants. We have never had more than a week without a new tenant and contract negotiations have always been very professional. Agnese Rees has managed our property for the last couple of years or so and always been very efficient and reliable providing great service.

Prospect are terrible. They are a bunch of crooks who charged fees for things that were not justified We rented a property via ‘Prospect’ years ago - they tried charging us for a mole problem the rental property had.We were warned by a local cleaner when we moved in that prospect we’re bad … we should have listened!

Really bad, the house wasn't ready on the moving day (stated by contract) leaving me and my family looking for an hotel, that we had to paid our-self. When we finally moved in the house we find out that there is not not tumble dryer, despite the confirmation from their agent on the viewing day and despite the inventory report... DONT rent or buy through this agency.

We cannot praise highly enough the service we have received from the Sandhurst branch of Prospect Estate Agents. Not a straightforward sale, with plenty of hiccups along the way, but nothing has been too much trouble. We have been kept fully informed at all times and have had a constant stream of viewings leading to a successful sale. Would use again without question, superb service!

As a landlord, I have used Prospect for a number of years and have always found them helpful and efficient. This team stood head and shoulders above the rest. They were genuinely committed to satisfying our particular renting requirements - and given that we immigrated from South Africa, those needs were quite unique in the UK market. Harrison and Katie in particular were very helpful and the process was completed in a difficult time quite seamlessly. Highly recommended from my perspective.
