I have been with Prospect for many years now and their service has always been great. Sasha and Chloe have been excellent property managers, and always patient and attentive to our requests. Generally pretty good. As tenants, we find that necessary maintenance and repairs are arranged fairly promptly. All paperwork/documents etc. are dealt with in a very professional and timely manner. Can sometimes be hard to get through to the relevant person on the phone but email contact is generally very good. As tenants, we have found Prospect to definitely be one of the best property management agents out there.
