I recently worked with Prospect on a recent purchase and found them to be very useful in helping the sale progress. The agents were very proactive in chasing both sets of solicitors and very helpful in the flow of communications between seller side and buyer's. Will certainly look to work with them again in the near future.

Trustpilot5 star from start to finish
5 star from start to finish. I have dealt with many property agencies and I couldn’t rate PROSPECT high enough. Beth and Paul have been more than brilliant in the whole property purchase journey. Right from the viewings, intense negotiations to the final exchange and completion. Very honest and transparent throughout. Thanks ever so much for your handwork and patience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

TrustpilotPrompt fixing of inner oven glass
I am pleased to write that the services provided by prospect (Saffron) deliver are excellent. They respond promptly to emails and help to solve problems raised in due course. I complained about the break of the inner glass and it was given the necessary attention and fixed. Also, I was duly carried along in every step engaged in fixing the lid.

TrustpilotGreat service as a tenant
During an unnecessarily difficult moving out process (not the fault of Prospect,) the agents at Prospect were extremely supportive of me as an outgoing tenant and Sasha in particular was lightning fast on responding to queries, arranging cleaning and the return of the deposit. It was a difficult time and I'm glad they made things much easier for us!

TrustpilotQuick sale helped us secure our purchase
Paul and Beth secured a great sale on our house. They were happy to work at our pace from the outset (including a gap while we both got over covid) and when we were ready they stepped things up and found the ideal buyer very quickly. Overall excellent experience, would recommend.

TrustpilotOne word - amazing!
We used Prospect to purchase our first house, and from start to finish they were amazing. I'd like to specifically call out Ellen Deverell (New Homes Manager in the Wokingham office) who we have to commend for her professionalism, friendliness, and all-round assistance throughout the whole process. We'll definitely recommend Prospect in the future, and will definitely look to use them again.

TrustpilotSoftware 1, Anna 2
At a time when finding a rental property is tough, I have had a relatively hassle-free experience thanks to a combination of excellent personal service from Anna Elema who was quick, efficient and bright, and some clever and easy-to-use software which took much of the labour out of a complex but necessary process. However, machines don't smile. Anna does.

TrustpilotGreat experience
Overall a job very well done by Prospect. Professional from start to finish. Great team effort from all concerned. A few inevitable problems along the way, all of which were handled with lots of communication and professionalism. A particular mention must go to Aimee who brought a positive can do attitude to the whole process. Great job. Well done.
