Prospect have been great. I have dealt primarily with Anna in Lettings and Angela in Management. Both have been extremely friendly, efficient, reassuring and helpful throughout, making the process so much easier than it could have been. Our property was promptly marketed for rent and Anna was very proactive in arranging viewings, even in the middle of a pandemic, to find suitable tenants. Angela was always available to give help and advice and made sure everything was in place for a smooth process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you ladies.

Prospect, have been fantastic. They promptly got our house up for sale, gave us a competitive price and conducted viewings. Aimee has been an absolute godsend, she is extremely proactive when chasing lawyers and kept the whole chain organised and informed. We felt supported throughout and someone was always at the end of the phone to assist. We also viewed a couple of properties with Prospect, one agent showed great skills when showing us around, he allowed us to view at our own pace, answered questions and gave us time to take everything in. Another agent was a bit loud and pushy, he didn’t stop talking so it was difficult to focus on the property. He meant well but it may be off putting for some. Overall, we would definitely go with Prospect again, Thankyou.

I've just exchanged contracts on my new home and want to say thanks to the whole Prospect team especially Steph working in the sales & marketing suite for my new property, she had her work cut out with my file and always acted in a professional and knowledgeable way. There were numerous set backs along the course of the sale and purchase and she helped chase important documents and kept the new developer in the loop with any changes and also gave good advice to me when problems did arise. I would definitely use Prospect again because of the good experience.

Prospects were very professional from start to end of my tenancy. They tried to get any issue in the property resolved as soon as possible. Even when there was a property viewing for selling or any contractor visit to fix the problems good advance notice was given. Unlike some other Estate agencies or private landlords, everything was arranged around our schedule.Melissa Fisher- Property manager I will highly recommend. Found her to be very helpful.Luke Richardson- Client Manager very professional to deal with and helpful as well.

We are in the process of selling our flat with Prospect. They have been really helpful, especially Michael Sharp. He has been updating us regarding the progress of sale and giving valuable advice. He is quick to return our call when we have any questions. Max was also great - he showed us around a house that we were interested in and he was very informative. All in all great team - very proactive.

Who has been an absolute diamond throughout my tenancy. Julie has been very patient and understanding, with no hesitation in helping me with any and all issues that had arisen. We recently sold our first house and purchased our perfect next house through Prospect. There were various delays through the process and I’ll happily admit I was clearly stressed the whole time but if it weren’t for Dan, Cameron and their colleagues at Prospect I’d have lost my mind!! Dan absolutely knew I needed regular updates, even if that meant no update, and did everything he could to move our purchase along and communicate with our sellers. Compared with our own agent who was pretty distant, the Prospect team provided fantastic customer service throughout the process and I had absolute trust they had all our best interests at heart. Through what is one of the most stressful life events you’ll ever experience, I’m so grateful to the team for making it that little bit easier. If we ever move again, which j hope won’t be for some years, I would 100% look to Prospect first. If you’re looking for great service and that human touch, I can’t think of a better agent! Thank you team, and we’re loving our new home!

As a tenant, I have been pleased with my experience so far. There was an issue at the start of my tenancy which left me without a bed or bed frame, however this was dealt with appropriately by Melissa, my property manager, who brought the matter to the attention of the landlady and quickly resolved the issue. Melissa is prompt to respond to emails and calls. I also appreciate the fact that she has taken into account that my job (teacher) means I am often unavailable for phone calls, opting instead to correspond via email which is much more ideal for me. Overall, I am satisfied, thank you Melissa and Prospect.

Chloe Reilly has been my manager of my property for about three years at Prospect. I have found her helpful, active, constructive and pleasant. I appreciate being reminded about when the gas certificate etc is due.I like the way Prospect keep me abreast of my responsibilities as landlord, and am very glad to receive the Inspection reports which include so many photos of my property's rooms and garden.

Prospect are stand out estate agents, they really are moral and have a human approach. We had a retirement property for 2 years that had been with 2 other agencies previous, and it never even got a single viewing, we decided to make a change and go with Prospect after meeting Ryan and I’ll admit I was hesitant as we had been over promised and forgotten about twice before, but it was the best decision we made. Within 3 weeks Prospect had a viewing, the following day we had an offer and within 2 months it sold! It just shows that they targeted the right audience, took the listing seriously despite it not being worth as much as others and didn’t waste our time by just wanting a listing. Huge shout out to Ryan & Nicole - you were so polite & genuine throughout the entire process - but honestly everyone we spoke to who worked at Prospect was equally as professional and I never felt like I had with previous agents. Sorry it took me so long to getting round to writing this review!

After having three valuations and meeting with three different Estate Agents,I decided to market my property with Ryan Tucker at Prospect.Ryan stood apart from the other agents for his genuine enthusiasm for the property and he also said what I wanted to hear in terms of market strategy and level of service Prospect could provide.His actions proved to be as good as his word and the team secured a sale quickly,they seemed to be always one step ahead and I never had to chase them once from start to finish.Once the property was Under Offer, Nicole called to introduce herself as the dedicated chain chaser.
