I had hard time with my purchase (an understatement!) but it became clear that Prospects were willing to go the extra mile to do what was needed to help - communication, proactive support to all involved, honest advice even if painful to hear. Saffron has been very professional and helpful. She has always replied on time and very quickly to my emails and phone calls and kept me informed of what was happening at all time. Saffron took the time to understand my position and explain the procedures. Although I was not entirely happy with the outcome it was nothing that she could control.
