TrustpilotProperty Management Review
Property Management Review Gemma has been nothing but an absolute delight to deal with over the last few months, she has listened and advised all of my silly questions since moving in late last year. She has the patience of a saint! Always quick to respond and has never failed to delivery within an acceptable time frame. I would recommend Prospect Estate to any one.

We purchased our house through Prospect Wokingham. Had dealings with Keegan and a young lady who carried out the viewing. The service from start to finish was exceptional. Very professional including the team who we spoke to on the telephone. Keegan kept in touch through the whole process to ensure a smooth transaction. Can’t thank Keegan and the team enough. 5 stars.Monica, Pete, Hallie

TrustpilotCustomer Service by new recruits …
Been liaising with Sonam over several Investment Properties in the area . Have to say we are quick to critic and do not complement enough. Sonam always returned my calls , emailed over details as assured and very upbeat / engaging . Hopefully we can secure a deal in the very near future .

TrustpilotExcellent Property Manager.
Prospect has been managing my property for over eight years. Chloe Reilly has been my property manager for nearly 3 years. As a landlord, I feel completely comfortable that Chloe is my main contact at Prospect. She is professional, approachable always looking after my interest. I am sure she keeps my tenants equally happy.

We’re so grateful to Beth and Michael for their fantastic support in both selling our home and securing our new one. They were always approachable, upbeat, and took a proactive approach throughout. If we ever move again, there’s no question, we’d go straight back to Prospects and highly recommend them. Huge thanks!

TrustpilotExcellent experience with prospect…
Excellent experience with prospect estate agency with out recent house sale. Thanks to Micahel Sharp, Ross and Ruth for coordinating this sale end to end.The only thing that could have been better were the solicitors. We went with the recommended Cook Taylor Woodhouse and definitely was a bad experience. However this is in no direct reflection on Prospect agency.
