Amanda Jenkins has been an absolute superstar since taking over as our property manager. From day one, she's been incredibly responsive, helpful and genuinely empathetic, keeping us updated every step of the way and always making us feel like our concerns matter. Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience. I have just finished my PhD, and for my new job, I needed a fast relocation from the North. This is, of course, stressful, but thanks to Gracie's efforts, I had some viewings and found a brilliant flat in a very short time. Also, one thing that really stood out to me about them is that they are very transparent and genuinely want to find a good place for you with no strings attached - something that I am not used to after being in the 'student enviroment' for so long! We’ve just left our rental property after 5yrs and Nikki Gardner, our property manager, couldn’t have been more helpful. With some issues around the check-out leaving us pulling our hair out and potentially losing some of our deposit, Nikki was able to act as go-between with our landlord which resulted in our deposit being returned in full and very quickly. Recently moved and purchased through Prospect. They were brilliant from minute one all the way up to completion. The knowledge they had of the property and surrounding areas was so helpful as we were moving to an area we didnt have much knowledge of. After our offer was accepted Bernadette from sales progression assisted us and genuinely we couldn't have got through the process without her. During the whole process we found it difficult getting answers or sometimes even contact from solicitors but Bernadette was brilliant. She went above and beyond and we are so grateful for everything she did and Prospect as a whole. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them for all aspects of buying and selling again in the future.

Selling our house turned out to be more stressful than we expected, especially after the offer was accepted. Things got a bit messy with delays and communication gaps between solicitors, but Jay honestly went above and beyond to keep things moving. He wasn’t just chasing our buyers and their solicitors, he was also keeping in touch with our solicitors and even updating our seller’s solicitor to make sure the whole chain stayed on track. Without his persistence and calm attitude, we are not sure it would have gone through as smoothly as it did in the end. Jay and his team were always available, always professional, and genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line. We were selling using a power of attorney so needed to get multiple quotes, we chose prospect because they seemed to not just professional but confident in selling the property. Unfortunately after selling the house the owner passed away so the sale had to be transferred to the company looking after the estate, Lloyds bank estate service. Lloyds were happy to accept the sale and instructed prospect to continue to completion.

Fully managed property management from Nikki Gardner at Prospect

Nikki Gardner has been my property manager for a number of years now providing a fully managed service for my two properties. She is very efficient in advising of any issues brought to her attention and arranging rectification works to be carried out which is perfect for my situation as I now live in Somerset following retirement. On the rare occasion Nikki is not around e mails are picked up by a colleague and responded to in a timely manner. All together a first class serivce and highly recommeded if you are thinking of letting property.
