Awfully disappointed with my service from Prospect Reading - communication was poor, after 6 months didn’t result in a successful sale - unprofessional use of wording / language about people in the chain. Strongly wouldn’t recommend this firm.

Been using prospect since ~2007 to manage my flat rental. I’ve had no hesitation in continuing to use them each year. Recent customer service from Sasha Byrne and her colleagues has been excellent - responsive and professional.
